I would give this store no stars if I could. Tonight I drove all the way from Long Island to exchange a pair of shoes because this was the only store that had my size. I arrived at 7:58 and the guy/​security would not let me in because the store closes at 8pm. I’m very frustrated because all I needed was to get the correct size before I leave on vacation. That would’ve taken 2 minutes. After talking to me through the door for 2 minutes he pointed to his watch that it was 8pm and he couldn’t let me in. Don’t see how much of a difference I would’ve made because the store was filled with customers.

I like this location but the staff is not as helpful as the other payless. But I have gone to this location countless times.

Payless has come a whole way of upgrading their selection of shoes… and esp with their low prices. and bo-​go sales.
So if your on a tight budget and need shoes or slippers that are affordable, take a visit and see payless is the place to be.
