I had my pocked literally picked for $ 150. I was personally referred to the owner, Gary by someone who knows us both, and never, ever spoke with Gary despite my asking to on 3 occasions. He doesn’t know me and his staff was very on top of things prior to the paid event described below.
This was the absolute worst contractor experience ever. First, Denise understood we had no AC and immediately sent over a technician to collect $ 150 dollars for a diagnostic and leak test. The tech told us our evaporator core was bad and it would cost about $ 1500 to replace, or they could put in a who new indoor unit for about $ 2,000. He promised someone would call the next day early with exact pricing so we could be up and running the next day.
Denise is wonderful on the phone but never called. We called her for 2 days and finally got some pricing over the next 2 days. Still no AC in the house. They were not too busy to collect the $ 150 but way to busy to get us up and running.
When we finally did get pricing options 4 days later the $ 1500 become $ 1950 and the $ 2000 became, ready for this…$ 4900. It was explained to us their tech should not be quoting prices and these were the best prices but in any case, they were way too busy to fix anything now.
It gets worse. The diagnostic for all the above was that we needed a new evaporator core ($ 1950) or a new unit ($ 4900). The constant delays and the lack of AC on 95 degree days made us opt for second opinions. Another contractor came out FREE OF CHARGE and could only find one leak, and not in the evaporator core. He patched the leak and replaced the missing freon for under $ 600, and we are up and running just one day after he first arrived.
All Elements did manage to literally steal $ 150 for a wrong diagnostic and a 5 minute leak check.
Run, do not walk away from these folks. This is a story for 60 minutes.

I can not say enough good things about this company. When the upstairs AC unit in my house went down in the middle of summer they had a technician here within an hour! Dan, the technician was a down to earth, HONEST and had everything working quickly.
They reached out to me the next day to check in and make sure everything was working properly and I was satisfied. Call these guys first, they will do everything in their power to keep you from breaking your bank and get the job done right, and the Eco-​Friendly mission of the company is always a plus!!!

Just called them out yet again in a super tight situation! My rental house had no heat on the coldest day of the year so far. They sent a guy out on the same day and got the unit up and running. No additional charge for the same day service either. Whooo! To be the man, you’ve got to beat the man. And All Elements does it EVERY TIME!

Buying an a/​c is almost as annoying as buying a car, but All Elements was great! They did not sell me the most expensive a/​c unit. The guy who came out actually told me that brand and size are not the most important thing. It’s the right system for your house. Saved me money right away, and now my power bill is only about half of what it was.
Nice people, small company feel, but not too small.
