I have used Cassarino on several jobs. Here is the scoop. The owner is a bit flaky sometimes. He is a good guy but gets too busy and your job will sometimes get lost in the shuffle… unless you bug him. I am pretty good at being the squeaky wheel so I usually get greased. He frustrates me at times but the quality of the work has always been very good. His installer was a bit grumpy but did good work and was quick. Be prepared to call him often if he is busy but you will be happy with the results.

Website says open 9−3pm on Saturdays. I get to the showroom and it’s closed with a paper stuck to the door saying Saturdays By Appointment. I Drove 80 miles round trip for NOTHING!!! Not even their message on the phone lists their hours. This place needs to get their business in order!!!
