I agreed with Velerie (the other reviewer) about how horrible this company is. They took our $ 200 and NEVER delivered the service they promised. We called them repeatedly. REPEATEDLY!!! They don’t return our calls.
Ugh! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hope other people see this review and think twice about calling them.
Now I have to start over with my window repair.

I was referred to them thru my interior designer. They did the painting in my laundry room and door entry room as well as installed my crown molding in my master bedroom…
I am very pleased with the services they provided me. The people on the phone have always been pleasant to talk to and do their best to accommodate all schedules. The crew that have showed up have always been friendly, professional, and respectful of my house.
They are a tad bit pricey. I will most likely shop around for future projects in my home, like now I am looking to get new kitchen cabinets. I am pretty sure I can find a better price elsewhere for the same value of work. But, I do not have any complaints with this company at all.

We got a quote from John in May 2015, we were advised it’ll only take 2 days. So we made an appointment for August 10 and August 11 2015. My husband took 2 days off because we wanted to make sure everything will be in order. Monday, August 10 came, we we’re told they’ll be at my house at 8 am. Well at 8:30 I called the office and I was told the guy is on his way. I left for work and my husband texted me at 9:30, the guy didn’t show up yet. He received a call from the guy and he went to the wrong address? Really??? He finished what he needed to finish and left. He told my husband that the 2 guys we’re coming the following day, 1 to install the linoleum and the other to install the baseboards. Tuesday, August 11 the guy came to install the linoleum and we were told
that it’s the wrong size and type. Mind you, the Friday before they sent a guy to my house to measure the size we needed. So that’s what we bought. Now he’s telling my husband he can’t install it and he will buy the linoleum from us and credit for it. Another day wasted. He advised he’ll buy the linoleum from Home Depot and he’ll try to be back. Lobos office suppose to call us back because it was after 3 and the guy didn’t come back. No calls. Wednesday, August 12, I called the office to find out what happened and complained about it, Leeann told me he’ll contact the linoleum guy and she’ll call me back. She called back and we were advised the guy will be in. He didn’t come back. We received a call from Joni at around 3:30 and she advised the guy will be back to install. No one showed up. August 13, Thursday, my husband called the office again and he was told the guy will be in around 9:30 to install the linoleum. Well no one showed up, we got a call from the office that he’s having a problem getting the linoleum and he won’t be in today. He will come on Friday, August 14. Well, we shall see if they show up! You would think, we made this appointment almost a month an a half ago, they would be prepared and more coordinated right? NOOO! Maybe I should charge them for my time and hours wasted.

I used them to fix my sprinklers. after 2 other handy men could not do it! Sean came over, adjusted the drip, disconnected the one that shot up the water, redid the timing box and explained it in to me clearly! They said no job was too small and they mean it. As a Realtor, I will recommend this company to my clients.
