I was very nervous about tampering with my new Audi A7 but wasn’t pleased with the factory system. After explaining the sound I wanted, Pat offered me numerous options within my budget. Their approach is consultative and not overly sales driven. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new system. These guys achieved exactly the sound I was looking for. I was also impressed with how clean and professional their shop looked. Highly recommend.

My husband and I took our Jeep Wrangler into Unique Audio shortly after we realized the previous owner had done something unusual to it by adding an extra battery under the back passenger seat. The extra battery disabled us from putting the back seat down. Once we removed the battery our jeep was dead the next morning. Not knowing what else to do, we brought it to the professionals at unique audio. They accepted the jeep on Tuesday and it was fixed by the next day. They were very customer oriented, polite, and tested our battery multiple times in order to ensure we weren’t stuck with a dead jeep again. We were very happy with our experience from start to finish. We will refer these folks to our friends as well as return for any future audio needs.

This place is extremely professional and good at what they do. I was highly impressed by the interior of the shop when I walked in. It has an upscale feel to it with a race car touch. The techs are extremely friendly and gave me an upfront price for everything I asked about. Pat, the front desk guy, knew everything I asked about. I went in to ask questions and ended up buying a Viper car alarm for my wife’s SUV. And they got it done the same day. I highly recommend you find this shop and use them. They service a lot of military clients and they work with everybody. I’ll be back for my window tint.

A year later, a component part failed with my install (not their issue), and I brought the vehicle back and they expertly fixed the problem immediately, with no questions asked. These folks are true professionals. I will miss them as I am relocating out of state.

Cruising down the street in my corvette blasting my music all of sudden all the bass just died and figured my stock speakers called it quits. So I headed to Unilocal to see the best audio guys around it is definitely Unique Audio. I called these guys yesterday to set up an appointment for a quote on a full audio install, dvdbt stereo and all the speakers on my vette. When I arrived Pat came right out and I told him exactly what I wanted and how to set it up and he was like yes we can do all of this so he quoted me a price and it was more than fair for all the work that had to be done. He even provided me with some great ideas I could do to make the system work better so I agreed to it, I dropped it off cause he told me it would be a days job. I call to check in a few hours later they said they were just about finished up I was suprised they said it could take the whole day and they finished it in a few hours. I came back in and Pat and his team showed me the finished car. The stereo fit perfect and the speakers sounded 1000 times better than before and heck it didn’t even look like they worked on the car this was a very clean install everything was as it should be. I left Unique Audio with a smile on my face blasting music on my new sound system. Go see Unique Audio you won’t regret it.

Taking into consideration quality, value and sincerity, there is no one in the area that is better than Pat and his amazing team at Unique Audio. I asked for them to figure out how to install the speaker and amp I already had into my new Toyota Tundra truck. There was no room behind the back seat and they came up with a classy leather custom box with the speaker facing down so you can’t see it. They listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me more than I expected. I HIGHLY suggest them!

These guys are great. I showed up requesting an install, without an appointment (not recommended, I made a mistake, please make an appointment to be sure they can take you!) and they decided to squeeze me in — so they got points right off the bat for being accommodating, and not just turning me away (like I said, I made the no-​appt mistake, they would have been within reasoning to tell me they were booked up!)
The guys there are great (did I say that already?) — just awesome. So friendly, and knowledgeable, and they did a fantastic job installing my head unit, four speakers, and steering wheel controls. They finished more quickly than they estimated, patiently showed me how the new head unit worked and made sure I was comfortable with everything — even though I put them behind by showing up unannounced, I didn’t get a sense of any hurriedness on their part when showing me my new stuff. Very professional.
They did a fantastic job getting everything (balance, tune, sound, etc) set up, installing the microphone and Sirius antenna, putting everything back together so you can’t tell any work was done. I have never done anything like this before, so I was nervous after reading reviews of other shops about the music sounding bad, improperly replaced trim, etc — but I did not need to worry, as these guys have years and years of experience, seem to love what they do, made me feel like a valued customer, and they did an A-​1 job.
I am going to go back for some new/​replacement tinted windows, I have full faith and confidence that I will be equally as pleased with that service as well.
Oh, and the estimated quote and final bill were just great, much less than other shops. I held my breath half-​thinking maybe the final bill would maybe be higher than the over the phone estimate, but no, all came in just like I was expecting. Perfect!
Also, did i mention I showed up before they opened for business, they were getting the shop ready, but took me right in. Both employees who saw me greeted me right away, were very polite, professional, and not bothered at all by my early arrival — and as I stated, they checked their full schedule and decided they could squeeze me in, but I highly recommend that you make an appointment — I felt bad they got behind, just so they could accommodate me.
As other employees arrived, they all greeted me and made sure I was being taken care of when they saw me standing in the waiting area — exceptional customer service, from start to finish. You just can’t ask for better.

This business is amazing! They are really in it for the customer and not the money. After talking with Pat one day after work, I found the keyless entry system I wanted thanks to his expertise. The day of the installation they realized it wouldn’t be much more so they installed auto start in my truck for only the cost of the equipment!!! Pat knew that I had planned on coming back later on to install auto start, and really helped me out. I will definitely be thinking about them this winter! Great prices, great service, and great people! Would recommend to anyone thinking of upgrading their vehicle.

I have been very happy with Unique Audio. They have installed new stereos in two of my cars and the work was excellent. They don’t just crimp the wires, everything is soldered which makes a big difference. They also aren’t hardcore on selling you the most expensive solution, they work with you to find what’s going to work for your needs.
It’s also nice hanging out if you need to wait. The waiting area is comfortable and free wifi.
I was referred here by someone that I trust and now I see why they use them. These guys are awesome, friendly and do quality work!

Unique Audio has captured the custom car market. They provide a great service with exceptional process. They work on providing you the best service for your budget. Pat aims to build relationship with you the client. He is not in it for a quick buck. I have gotten a dad player installed for my 2014 Sienna Van in addition to window tinting and fog lights. I’m happy to say every service he has provided is backed by a lifetime warranty. I was so happy with his service that I got my window tinting done on another car. Several of my coworkers have suggested I go to Unique for my car services. I am glad I found a business I can trust and confidently tell friends and family about their service!

I have an ’07 4Runner and I am a SiriusXM subscriber. The last several years I have been using a external XM radio and dealing with the antenna/​power wires. Ugly and pain in the butt.
Once the power cord broke, I started to look in to replacing my dashboard radio. After a couple months of researching, and procrastinating, I finally stopped by Unique Audio while running errands on the rainy Saturday. Planned to get an estimate and possibly make an appt. The hassle of leaving my car and have somebody drive me back to get my car was the main reason I was procrastinating. Also a pain in the butt.
After explaining what basic radio w/​XM I wanted and a quick look at my current dashboard, I had 2 radios to chose from, he had all the parts in shop and was able to install that day. He said it would take about two hours. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, I was back in my car with a technician showing me how the radio works, helped me sync my iPhone and explained what I need to do to connect with SiriusXM (which was super easy to do online but was charged $ 15(!)… Really SiriusXM?).
It was a great experience and would recommend Unique Audio.

Went in to get a new stereo put in my truck after it was broken into and stolen. Would have been a quick easy sale for them. After 12 minutes standing and waiting… guy at register even saw me. He was working one customer. There was no hello, no be right with you. Very uncomfortable and very rude place. As you know I am about customer service. If your busy working with someone… at least acknowledge them, tell them you will get with them and have a seat or something.

Factory quality work. You wouldn’t even realize that it was aftermarket. You can tell the sale reps care about the customer’s wants and don’t try to push a sale.

I went to Unique Audio to have a new head unit installed in my car. I got a couple estimates from a few shops and Unique was right in the ball park as far as cost went but had better availability than some of the other shops that had weeks long waits for an install. We had a bit of an issue scheduling the install but they went out of their way to make up for it. They also went out of their way to make sure everything was working before I left the shop. I know some of the other shops just said that my phone wouldn’t work with the head unit (it does) because they obviously didn’t spend the proper amount of time with the customer to trouble shoot the system. The fit and finish was excellent. I’d definitely recommend Unique Audio.

Unique Audio installed a car stereo/​Sirius XM receiver in my 10-​yr-​old car & I’m so happy with the factory-​looking & sounding install. I’d had this done at another audio place on my previous car and it was always a little loose & aftermarket-​looking. I watched tv in a comfortable chair in the air-​conditioned waiting area while I waited. Yes, this is a business, but you get the feeling you’re being treated honestly. The staff is really great – both in technical proficiency and people skills. I got a full demo of the radio + a lot of helpful tips; the pricing was transparent & they kept it slightly lower than other places I checked and had a more interesting selection. They work with you here and are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend.

Unique Audio installed a new sub, amp, and speakers on my boat. The poor guys were outside working in 90+ degree heat, and still took their time and did a great job.
I found them by chance while driving in Lorton, and am so happy that I did. They do quality work, and are very friendly.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, fair prices, and friendly service.

Bait and switch! They are super shady. Do not bother buying an Amazon Local voucher for a remote starter. They charge $ 149, and then you are fortunate enough to get nailed for another $ 120 upon arrival for a bypass that is required in any car newer than 2000. In 2014, I paid $ 249 total for everything with no discount. The bypass a year ago cost $ 65. Total today (WITH DEAL): $ 269. That does not seem like a deal at all. Buyer beware.

I have installed a backup camera and audio system with them. The backup camera stopped working in a few weeks (I got it from Amazon).They installed a $ 100 camera and now it is working so far no issues.
Good and cheaper alternative.

They tinted my windows on a Saturday morning. I brought it in a little earlier than my appointment and they took it early. It went in at 12 and came out at 2. Tint looks good. Got it done on my challenger. Paid around $ 180. Good price

My brand new car had a bad experience with Unique Audio on a remote start installation. I give them 5 star rating because of their sincerity. They accepted their mistake and took care of everything. So it turned out to be a great experience for me. I definitely trust Unique Audio to work on anything in my car.

I went well out of my way to come to Unique Audio shop based on the very high Unilocal reviews. I was not disappointed… these guys know their stuff! They explained the possible pitfalls of my install request up front. Everything they told me was spot-​on accurate, and they did so without having to reference anything. The install was quick and flawless, and their customer service was top-​notch.
I’m moving across the country soon but were I to remain in this area, Unique Audio would be my permanent audio shop of choice. Highly recommended!

After my battery died, I had to get my remote re-​programmed and of course Lo was there to update it. I appreciate the honesty and the great work they do. I would highly recommend them!

Loved the service I got. Like many I brought in all the parts for my new stereo and had them install it for me. I called around and felt the quote was fair here. ($ 79 for simple install, no steering wheel controls or anything crazy)
They even set the clock and helped me pair my phone: D
While we were waiting my kids watched Nick on the TV, drank water from the cooler and used a bathroom that exceeded my expectations for an establishment like this one.

I brought my car here to have a radio removed. They quoted me a very low price to do the removal and completed the job in 1 hour. Highly recommended
