I highly recomend L&M Autobody to anyone who wants to be treated like family and friends while getting an austanding service. I love this shop because it is the only one that has the best costumer service I ever seen and the quality of what they do is excellent. John listened and adressed all my concerns giving me a very honest opinion of what my car needed. He is not only professional, he is very kind and went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy. My car looks excellent. I dont have to look for another autoshop because I will definitely come back to see John.

We have used L&M for minor body work twice and had a good experience both times. The cost was reasonable and they cleaned my car thoroughly before I picked it up. They even worked late to finish my car one day ahead of schedule because we had to go out of town for a family emergency.

I had a wonderful experience at L&M Auto Body. They were extremely kind, professional, and punctual. A truck hit my RX350 Lexus and the back was damaged and after taking it to L&M, it looks better than before! Additionally, they cleaned the inside of my car. I loved the service and the work at L&M and I highly recommend them!

L & M did a fantastic job repairing my VW. I was in a small fender bender in October and the driver of the tow truck suggested that I let him tow my car to L & M. I’m so glad I listened! They made the repairs in a timely manner and gave me a discount on my deductible. I will go back to L & M again, and recommend their services always.

I received a quote from L & M Auto Body and made the mistake of assuming that they were a reputable place. Generally I go by the Unilocal reviews, but realize that most companies have their employees write positive reviews to deceive customers. They quoted me one price, then repeatedly called me to change the price because they had extra work and hours that they needed to charge and add on to the original quote. Beware if you are a female because they will definitely try to rip you off. Get everything in writing & don’t let them get over on you.

While my experience is brief I think it’s very telling. I was quoted about $ 420 for buffing and wax. The invoice included $ 85 in parts, about $ 150 in labor and another $ 140ish for what they called paint supplies. I was not given given any explanation on what they were going to do nor what type of wax or solutions they were planning to use. I had to pursue them with such questions that they almost seemed surprised I asked.
After reviewing the quote I questioned the charges and they brought the bill down to $ 265.
The truth is, they were trying to rip off the auto transport that was going to pay for my detailing. While I was not paying out of pocket I wasn’t going to let them rip them off. I got quotes from three other local detailers in the $ 220 range making it obvious that they were trying to pull one over the company paying the bill.
If they are willing to be unethical with such things I have no confidence that they would be professional with my car.
Look elsewhere if you care about honesty and professional service.

L&M did a phenomenal job on my daughter’s car. I wanted an estimate on Friday afternoon, and another shop told me to come back on Monday. A little frustrated, I called L&M. Kevin said come on in, and I had an estimate in 5 minutes. They did a great job on the car, and were extremely professional. From my research, they charged me less for some of the parts than if I had gotten them online myself.
I will DEFINITELY go back to L&M if I ever need a repair. Great customer service, and great work. THANKS KEVIN!

I was recently in an accident with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. L & M was recommended by my insurance company. It took them 3 days to do some front-​end work, which was much quicker than I expected. They were professional in every way, with updated status calls, and great looking work. Add to that a lifetime guarantee to their work and I don’t see how you could go wrong. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, and wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my cars there.

My review is short because I have nothing to complain about. In September 2011 my ’06 Mazda 3 was badly rear-​ended. L&M expertly fixed the car. It did take a while, but only because they did the job right. A year and a half later, and the repair still looks great, with no squeaks, no peeling paint, and no complaints from me.

I called L&M today to ask about getting some scratches touched up on my car. I’d seen the reviews here about it taking a long time, so I tried to get a ballpark of how long that sort of thing usually takes. Not sure if the guy answering the phone decided he didn’t want my business or just wanted to overestimate since he hadn’t seen my car, but he just said, «a month.» Um, ok. Guess I’ll go elsewhere. Glad I know now that they’re unhelpful there. FWIW, Google just told me that paint touchups take around 5 – 7 days to do right.

I just had to share this wonderful experience with others.
Kevin did a great job correcting another body shop’s carelessness. He replaced my outside mirror in fifteen minutes, just as he promised on the phone, with an authentic part (unlike the other shop!).
I wish I had known about them earlier! It would have saved me a week of anxiety over the repairs done elsewhere that went horribly wrong. To correct the situation, my auto insurance’s local Quality Assurance RE-​Inspector referred me to L&M Auto Body. I went in expecting to wait for at least an hour. But — wow! — what a relief to have your vehicle back as good as new in just fifteen minutes! I’m so glad I asked for the repairs to be re-​done at L&M. Thank you, Kevin, for the wonderful job! I’ll spread the word.

After a student side swiped my car at the school where I teach, I went to three different auto body shops to get estimates so I could have the scratches down the side repaired. I was literally quoted between $ 800 and $ 1100 at these shops in the same area, and told they would have to keep my car between 3 and 4 days. Finally I drove by L&M and even though they had just closed, someone came out to look at my car anyway. They had the work done in 30 minutes and cut me an incredible deal. I appreciated getting more than a fair shake even though I’m young and female instead of being viewed as the target of a rip off.

After going to the dealership with a broken regulator and getting a quote of $ 1000, I took my Corolla to L & M. Kevin was great, he cut through all the bull*** and told what was actually wrong and got me out the door at $ 250. Thanks guys! Will highly recommend you to all my neighbors and friends.

Wonderful service and great work! I took my Mazda 6 here after an accident and these guys restored her back from a mangled mess to perfection. I took my car them and specifically asked that it be fixed as cheaply as possible. They stuck to the estimate while still making the car look rather nice at such a cheap fix. Also incredibly friendly and helpful. I had mechanical issues a few days after and they went out of their way to aid. Would highly recommend.

Just had my car fixed here, recommended by my mechanic.
Fantastic job completed to my satisfaction and @ the quoted price. Took a little longer than expected, but that is because the first fender ordered did not fit correctly so it was sent back. I shows they care about quality and are not just «slapping» parts on cars.
Highly recommended, but if you are in a rush, make sure you let them know.

I took my car to L&M Auto Body after someone had sideswiped my car. My car required nicks and deep scratches to be buffed out in addition to a paint job. L&M performed exactly what I needed without it costing me an arm and a leg and without overcharging me the way so many other shops in the area would. They were professional, courteous, personable and sincere as well as knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and would recommend them to all my friends.
