I am a real estate consultant, husband, father, water polo hack and wine lover. I was raised in Los Altos, having graduated from Oak Elementary, Blach Intermediate and Awalt High School (now called Mountain View High). I live in town with my wife, two children and our golden lab. I enjoy volunteering at my kids schools (Blach and Mountain View High) and I have coached the boys water polo team at Mountain View for 5 years. As a long time Los Altos resident, I know our town as well as the greater south bay and peninsula.

I began my residential real estate career with Cornish and Carey residential Real Estate (in 1993), which was acquired by Coldwell Banker in 1997. I specialize in selling single family homes in Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, west San Jose and Campbell.

My advice is practical and no-​nonsense and I am very straight forward. I have a real passion for real estate. How can I help you?

This review has been a long time coming. Apologies for the delay.
I met Dave 6 or 7 years ago and certainly wasn’t his easiest client.
We closed on our house about 2 and a half years ago after visiting about 50 houses over the course of 4 years. We worked our way through the under-​priced houses in our price range which means it took a while to find the right house and we got to work though a couple of practice contracts that got lost in bidding wars (which we didn’t participate in). I’m very happy with the home we chose and am excited to see my kids growing up in this house in such a great neighborhood that Dave helped us fine.
When we began, we knew nothing about houses, the market around here, just what we thought we wanted and how much we could afford. Dave took the time to work with us and teach us what we needed to know.
I think I my favorite thing about Dave is that he’s quick and to the point. He doesn’t sugar coat it; just tells it like it is. I really value Dave’s opinions and advice. And thanks to his hard work, I’m happy here. I doubt I’ll ever be in need of a realtor again. :)

David is smart, skilled, and sincere. He knows the Real Estate industry inside and out and exudes a confidence that is well founded. I trusted him from the start and was thrilled with the results of his work. The time and dedication David put into his work, and the tenacity he demonstrated in closing the deal was phenomenal.
I had many questions that needed comprehensive answers and after our conversations I always felt well informed and confident to make important decisions. I also appreciated his use of computer technology; being able to sign documents online made everything quick and easy.
