Chip Jessup and Malika Junaid became business partners and started M Designs Architects. They both have different expertise and backgrounds that benifits and can relate to the broad spectrum of clients.

Alpheus Jessup has been working in the design and construction industries for thirty-​five years. He received his architectural training at Stanford University where he also studied History and English. He graduated in 1970 started as a construction worker and has been a licensed architect since 1981. He has been intimately involved with all phases of architectural work from pre-​design through construction and building commissioning of many different types of buildings from residential through commercial and the highly technical. He is currently responsible for oversight of all projects undertaken by M Designs Architects.

Mr. Jessup has been a guest lecturer in interior design, an oral examiner for the California Architects Board, a member of the Accessibility Standards Advisory Committee for the City of Palo Alto. He holds an NCARB certificate.
