I was promised by the man behind the counter, «Dees bes’ lamb ahl time!» It wasn’t, it was okay. Nothing to write about, except in this review. It was the only thing I tried, and it will be the only thing I will have had from them, EVER. They CLOSED! The Subway must be a beast since it has survived all of these places… that shitty chicken joint and now the med place. What’s next, chinese?

I have had their babaganoush and falafels several times now. Always delicious, very friendly place. Wanted to review it to help them out… so many restaurants have failed in this little spot and they have really tasty food.

My husband and I ordered hummus and a grilled meat gyro combo to share for a light dinner. Although the food was decent, we felt that the dishes were overpriced for what we were getting, most notably the main dish. At $ 12.50, you’d think there’d be more on the plate, either in terms of food quantity or quality. The light dinner ended up costing us about $ 20, and that’s just more than what we would normally pay for this type/quantity/quality of food. Anyway, it’s not bad if you’re hungry, in the area, and you really want kebabs or gyros, but if you can afford driving another 10 – 15 minutes, there are definitely better options.

The lamb here is really good. I like the kufta wrap. Tasty and decently seasoned. I tried one of the dinners and its not really my thing… I’m more into the Persian falafel and kebab thing… The lamb kebab was delicious and perfectly cooked. I’d give this place 3.5, but not quite a 4.

Before I start my review, I think it’s really important to say this: I grew up on Mediterranean food and I know Mediterranean food. I went on March 27th for lunch time and I ordered Gyro chicken wrap. The Wrap was very blend, did not taste great at all and I’m not sure that it was rotisseried. I got a side of baklava and it was very soggy, tasted like butter and burnt on the bottom. They are also pricey for no good reason. I wouldn’t feel comfortable selling food like that.
