I recently inherited some jewelry and needed to know what was real/​valuable vs saved just because someone liked it. I called Preziosi and he told me he’d be glad to look at it without charge as long as they weren’t busy. I called ahead and went in when he had time. WOW!!!
Super knowledgeable, very personable and helpful, very generous with sharing his knowledge and advice. Now I know the value of what I have, I can make the appropriate decisions.
And now that I found this shop, I know exactly who will resize my ring once I decide: he explained the work very well, and he does it all right at the shop. He also buys gold and metals, can test gems and metal for authenticity and do appraisals for insurance. The only thing he has to send out is hand engraving.
Excellent service, very professional and trustworthy, very knowledgeable. Definitely go here for all your jewelry needs! I’ll be back and will send any friend that I can.

Wow wow wow! I have a ring I never thought could be sized — for 10 years! They did an amazing job! I couldn’t see any cut mark. Another ring was sized larger and I couldn’t see anything !! They are more beautiful than I have ever seen them.

After a string of bad experiences with jewelers, I think I’ve found a professional, honest, and knowledgable jeweler.

My daughter has very sensitive ears and must wear at least 18k gold earrings or platinum. Was very difficult to find a jeweler in the Palo Alto-​Los Altos area who carried children’s 18k gold jewelry, let alone was willing to make custom 18k gold earrings (in about a week and a half). Luckily, I found Preziosi.
Owners were very helpful and made good suggestions. The owners also helped to re tighten a loose earring prong without charge.
Plan to buy my daughter’s future earrings only at Preziosi.

Amazing service! The pin attaching my watch to the band had broken. I contacted them b/​c they’re a Tissot store and they said they could help me. I walked in, they fixed it, gave it back to me and didn’t ask for any payment.
The next time my watch needs any service, I plan to bring it back to them.

What a fantastic place! Everything here is simply gorgeous, and the owners are friendly and welcoming. Preziosi means «precious things» in Italian and they really treat them that way. They made my engagement ring — a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring with a three-​stone basket setting — and I could not love it more. I took it in recently for cleaning (along with diamond earrings) and now I can’t stop looking at it!

The owners of Preziosi really have a lot to do with making this the best jewelry store in the area. It feels like visiting family when we walk in. We are always greeted warmly.
They have some of the most beautiful jewelry I have ever seen and they do perfect repairs. I usually let things pile up and walk in with an assortment of «projects» needing attention. I trust them completely and have no worries leaving my treasures here.
There are a number of jewelers in Los Altos but Preziosi is the only one I trust. I tried of few of them and always felt like if I wasn’t buying a big ticket item, they didn’t want to be bothered.

I was seeking a Tissot dealer to change the battery in my T-​Touch. It needed a new battery after six years… not bad. I dropped-​in here and John was pretty cool. He has a nice little shop with an excellent selection of Tissot watches.
Well, John sadly indicated he didn’t have the battery even though he usually has it in stock. But, he happily offered to keep my watch and change the battery when he received a new stock… then call me to come pick it up. That’s what we did and how it happened.
Fast and friendly service… John even re-​fitted my T-​Touch since it was a little loose. Very good place to visit for Tissots and probably other jewelry too!
