This has to be the busiest 7 – 11 in LA. The lunch hour is cray-cray. You can expect all the delicacies a 7 – 11 should offer with a few downtown perks like a UPS pick up box, and an Amazon box. Service is always quick as they always have both registers in motion even with one cashier, they’ll work the register like the DJ booth and get people out. All and all I stop in her once a week and am happy to have it right here. Most of the other places have a terrible, over priced cigarette selection so a big name is appreciated.

I feel terrible saying this because homelessness is a real issue here in Los Angeles and it needs to be addressed compassionately and intelligently. But I had to stop coming here because every single time without fail I get harassed by panhandlers asking for money. I can’t just stop and run in to grab something quick without having a couple of people waiting for me right outside the door. I feel like I’m being taxed for coming here. Will just be stopping at the 2 other 711s up 7th from now on.

Upon entering the store, first thing my friend and I encountered was a spill at the front entrance. An older man nearby told us to watch our step. Next thing we encounter was a loud yell. MOFO, get out!” Yep, that’s what the staff members kept yelling at the homeless man. Then the guy countered them by telling them he’d call the cops. All my friend and I wanted were some chips. It was somewhat funny, but not. Not sure if they were scared or racist either. If I had cash I would’ve helped the guy out. Since the staff was too pre-occupied with the guy, we ended up not getting the things we wanted. There was a good amount of patrons in the store, too. The staff should have at least had one staff member helping the customers… and not be cussing out loud for the world to hear. Where’s the work etiquette??? What an experience!

Hey it’s a convenience store with all the things you can want from a convenience store. The place is kept clean considering that druggies and bums walk up and down these streets or beg right in front of the place.

Terrible service! The service always sucked but I figured because of me dropping in during the hours where the druggies and homeless people entering the area is at its peak. However, I didn’t expect to be treated like crap by the little lady working the counter. Very rude and curt with me as I inquired about the sausage. I know she was lying and I didn’t mind the«I don’t know» but to lie to me about when the sausage was made, just irritated me. So when I pushed the receipt back after she tried to give it to me, she said sarcastically, «oh have a nice day!» And I said, «don’t get smart with me!» and she sarcastically responded, «oh sorry.» I came in here because the 7 – 11 by me was closed, and I avoided this area because of the homeless people. So not only was I hounded by the homeless person outside asking for money, I had to deal with this idiot woman who treated me like I was either the homeless person(I was dressed very casually due to the fact that I had to come into work at 3:30am for a 2pm FedEx deadline, but this is after working 60 hours in the past 7 days straight) but still she shouldn’t have to act like that, not if you work in customer service, certainly not in this country. My people have been in this country for thousands of years before other groups of people arrived, which made me question, was this woman legally able to work here at this establishment? Her hunch-man co-worker looked on too, as if I were the criminal. I’ve seen how the manager was very rude but he was dealing with drunk people and homeless people all after 2am. Again, no excuse, and certainly no way to talk to me like that!

Came in to use the ATM and pick up a drink and… took 20 mins around 6am. Not to mention that the place is infested with drunk homeless bums yelling at people walking by. What can you expect from a corner 7 – 11 in downtown LA. (Also, there was a guy peeing on the side of 7 – 11. Just what I wanted to see before heading to work.)

Dirtiest 7 eleven i have ever been. These retards are also retarded. I brought in my cup for a refill and the owner claims I didn’t. The most useless 7-eleven people i have ever come across. Their products were dusty on shelves and you find a bunch of homeless people hanging outside this particular joint. The entrance stinks of pee and alcohol. The owner is some rude fat chick, no courtesy at all.

Surprisingly clean for a 7-Eleven surrounded by bums! But only 4 stars for not letting me buy alcohol before 9AM, what the hell! I like to buy my drinks in the morning so they’re nice an cold by the time I’m ready to drink them at noon. I can’t do that with this 7-Eleven =(
