As a SMB with limited inhouse IT resource, finding good IT support can be a daunting experience. Luckily we found Avatar ! Rob and his team are the real deal. When Rob did the first project for us over a year ago, he not only fixed the problem caused by the other so called «IT Expert», but also he proactively discovered other potential issues and saved us from major headaches. In today’s IT world where buzzwords are thrown around all the time, I find Rob’s ability to break down complex technical situations in easy to understand terms very refreshing.

Pricey but 100% guaranteed and FAST! Rob, Thang, and Sid are brilliant. They pick up your computer and deliver it the next day. Articulate, forthcoming and kind. And they do follow-​up, believe me. I was having unrelated glitches about 2 months after they cleaned up my PC and via e-​mail and phone they advised me generously — with several communications — how to fix things myself. Just as you need an honest, knowledgeable, dependable mechanic if you want to maintain your car, you need a computer consultant to keep your baby humming. I couldn’t recommend Rob, Thang, and Sid more.
