I have been a business owner of Bahn Sabai Day Spa and Facial For Life for more than over 10 years, Esthetician, and massage therapist for 20 years. Through these collective experiences, I have developed a keen interest in the concepts of health and wellness — that overall state of balance that keeps our bodies and minds healthy skin and alive.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a massage place (for a good price & that actually knew what they were doing) and ran across this place online. My boyfriend is a physical therapist and usually judges all massage places and has something to say about every massage, but he walked out of here very pleased– as did I. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new place that knows how to massage!

Balanced Body Spa was a great experience. I was in some pain and needed a massage. This place was very professional and the massage was so so so great. I did not feel achy afterwards, I simply felt great. The front waiting area is a bit small and not too fancy but that doesn’t really matter. The massage room was very comfortable and soothing and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place.

This place gives great Swedish massages! Very expensive unless they let you take advantage of the specials and $ 30 coupons. I always call to make sure they will honor it first; otherwise, it’s $ 50 and not an option for me. There is also a lady that will add 15 minutes to the session for $ 5 only!
The staff is incredibly friendly, well-​trained and fantastic in their different styles, and owner Nina is very kind. I highly recommend this spot.

Excellent massage!
I had some pain from the base of my head down to my shoulder blades for a few days and finally decided to get a massage. While browsing Unilocal I found this place, which is only half a mile from my house! I also took advantage of the $ 30 special they were running, but even without it the prices seem very reasonable. It’s very clean, relaxing, and private. I was pleased with the amount of pressure used also. I don’t think my pain is totally gone, but it’s definitely a lot better! I always choose to get tea after if they offer it, but I really enjoyed the tootsie roll they gave with it. It was just something cute that will make me remember this place :)
I will definitely go back, especially considering how close it is!

This is the best massage place I have been to! Some times my back really hurts or I have a migraine, other times I am stressed and need to relax! The people here have really helped me! This place is very clean and on the level! I highly recommend it to men or women!

. Went here with horrible neck issues and an über tight back and she took care of it all! She’s been practicing massage for 26 years and incorporated deep tissues, Swedish, and Thai massage methods. Very impressed and can’t beat the price! Like Arnold said, «I’LL BE BACK!»

I had a facial today and it was really the best facial I’ve had. My skin looks and feels amazing. Immediately after the session I could see a difference and my skin was glowing. I had the microdermabrasion along with a hydrafacial. My acne scars are gone after just one treatment. I will be going in atleast once a month. Thank you!

I am very picky about who I see for a massage and everyone that works here are excellent! Nice rooms, very clean and the massage therapists are professional. I walk in stressed put with tight muscles and joint pains and leave feel relaxed and amazing. I go next door for acupuncture after which I highly recommend also. If you ever feel stressed out, you will feel brand new.

My massage and facial went great! Nina is awesome, my face feels so clean. She even recommended what I should do next, without being pushy. I’m not sure who gave me my massage, but she was great also. The facial/​full body massage combo is EVERYTHING! And a great price too, what a steal. The place is very clean and has a very relaxing ambiance. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

Literally the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. After years of suffering from painful knots between my shoulder blades, Nina was able to get them out in one revolutionary massage. I feel like a new born baby with no more back pain. Truly an amazing experience. Nina is the best and I will defiantly be back.
Highly recommend this place to everyone! Especially Nina, she is a gem. I’ve also had Mariposa do my massage the last time I was here and she was great as well.

Great massage! All of them are great. I had Stephanie, she’s amazing, and Nina is also awesome and I look forward to having a massage with her too. I felt so much better, I could feel all of my holiday stress leaving my body. It was like therapy. I left so much happier. I did a deep tissue, their style is very thorough, I felt like they try to get every knot. I decided to buy a package and look forward to going back. I booked two more appointments before I left because they have a great deal. The massage lotion smells so good. I seriously cannot wait to go back! I’m a pretty picky person, so I’m glad I found them. Very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and comfy. Outside looks like it may be one of those questionable joints but it’s legit, and not that kind of place at all. Very professional.

Just left Balanced Body Spa & both my mom and I are beyond impressed.

*The staff is nice & welcoming.
We did the $ 65 1-​hr massage and 30-​min mini facial promotion & loved both services. They applied the right amount of pressure & the hot oils felt amazing. I felt so relaxed (despite the thousand-​and-​one knots in my back). This was my mom’s first massage ever & she absolutely loved it.
We will definitely back. Especially after being given a few more promotional coupons. Love it!

Just went here last night for a massage. Don’t judge a book by its cover people! It is not the fanciest of store fronts, but who cares. I needed a massage STAT and I wanted a good one.
The inside is clean and because it is brand new, you can tell they don’t have all of the décor items up yet. The women mentioned she was going to install hooks to hang your clothing. None of the interior really matters to me, as long as the place is clean and my massage is good. And it was!
I had Gina and she was fantastic. She applied the perfect pressure and gave me an awesome 1hr massage. At the $ 29.99 promotional fee, you can’t beat it!
I will be back!

Lina is reslly good in swedish massage. Nina in facial. I use groupon and living social to find the best place for facial and massage and I found Nina from Facial for life. Now I have a regular place to go.
