Specialized Treatments for acne, uneven skin tone, old acne scars, dry, dull, lined skin using plant-​based active ingredients (paraben-​free) and techniques you will enjoy and be eager to repeat.

Other services include Back Facial, Microdermabrasion, Fruit Enzyme & Advanced Chemical Peels for Sun Damage and Color Acne Scarring.

Since I began my business, I have sought to provide top-​notch customer service with a focus on meeting my clients’ skin care needs.

Each client is unique so treatments are customized for you! Education is key and we will cover techniques to improve your skin’s condition.

Many people comment on the calm, positive energy in my studio. I appreciate hearing that since it is my sincere desire to provide a relaxing and results-​oriented service.

Fern Burg is a Licensed Esthetician with a passion for results-​oriented skin care. She works in her private, comfortable skin care studio near Studio City.

She cares about her clients and wants to be your go-​to skin care coach. Using a gentle but highly effective product line, and by applying advanced treatment techniques, Fern will help you get smoother, brighter and healthy-​looking skin.

Fern uses Skin Script, an innovative plant-​based, natural (paraben-​free) skin care line and Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts Skin Care, both cosmeceutical lines dedicated to beautiful, healthy skin because beautiful skin begins with healthy cells.

Fern is proud to be incorporating these products into her treatments, and to able to recommend great products to her clients who are looking to address their issues of sun damage, fine lines, acne, blackheads, uneven skin tone and scars, dryness and sensitive skin conditions.

Starting a series of facials and acid peels with Fern is one of the best things I have done for myself! It’s been two months since I started, I go every other week, and I’ve seen significant results. I also adopted a new skin care routine and line of products that Fern recommended. My skin is SMOOTH, GLOWING and YOUTHFUL! It feels more hydrated then ever before and my sunspots have started to fade. Fern has a comfortable, clean home studio. She is nurturing, funny, and never pushes product or services that I don’t need. I love when I get the feeling that someone genuinely cares about their craft and client’s concerns.

Fern is my skincare HERO! I’ve been seeing her for several years now, once a month. Not only is she completely professional and knowledgable, she is so sweet and genuine. She is like an esthetician and therapist combined in one person! I’m not even kidding, I always feel so much better about myself after a facial with her. When I first met her, I had a lot of hyper-​pigmentation and moderate acne. Now, my skin is glowing and I only get breakouts whenever I’m lazy and forget to wash my face at night (oops). My husband gave me a gift certificate for Fern’s Signature Facial. We have both heard rave reviews from several different women that have gone to her.
I scheduled today since I didn’t have to go anywhere, concerned that my skin may have been red or blotchy after extractions. It has been a while since I’ve had a facial & what a special treat this was. She was both gentle & thorough to deal with all my trouble spots & made me feel totally pampered.
When I got home my husband asked if she put makeup on me when she was done because my skin looked so radiant. He was so cute that he even asked me if I wanted him to take me out because I looked beautiful. thank you Fern… I feel like my skin is soft & glowing.

My go-​to psychologist/​aesthetician since my wife recommended her in 2013. Even better experience now that she has the improved ergo bed. Would be 4 stars since she’s closed on Monday, which is also my only day off but she includes a massage and massages are always worth at least 1 star.
Very professional experience. Her business is located in a residence but it’s outfitted better than most retail business locations.

Not only is Fern’s spa center serene & a perfect escape from the hustle & bustle we deal with, but she is just the kindest person. You immiediatley feel like you have known her forever & she really cares about you & your skin; as soon as she heard I have Celiac (allergic to wheat/​gluten), she got on the phone with her products company (Skin Script) to make sure nothing she would be using on my face contained wheat.
As far as my facials, I have had the best results with her treatments. My skin looks more hydrated, glow-​y & I consistantly get compliments on my face! You’re in excellent hands with Fern.

Just had my facial with Fern for the first time today. I really liked it. Lost my original lady a while back and I’ve been neglecting getting a facial since. Took a chance on Fern based solely on the reviews. Glad I did. Already booked my next appointment and gave a few sessions as gifts. I like that she operates her business out of the studio in her home. It’s a lot more calming than going to a salon type environment.

I LOVE Fern! Been coming to her since September and it’s always been an amazing facial and calming experience! She is super sweet and really cares about what she does! My skin has improved a lot and it’s been helpful using the products she sells and recommends. Her studio is super clean and relaxing. Fern is as good as it gets! She’s friendly and warm and really listens to my skincare concerns. Her studio is so relaxing, I’ve fallen asleep plenty of times while getting a facial. I really wanted to like my facial. But unfortunately I did not. Fern is a sweet lady and very nice. Her skin care studio is at her home. Very beautiful and spacious. However the facial was not very good. Barely, if any extractions. I could of done this «facial» at home :(

Great facial! Fern is highly knowledgeable in her field. She demonstrates a high level of professionalism and has a friendly inviting personality. I appreciated that she took the time to formally review the history of my skin. I felt like she really wanted to understand my skin before jumping right in, which is a huge plus! I’ve always had great skin but recently (last 3 – 6 months) I’ve had dryness and an uneven tone with some redness. I’m in my late twenties so I figure I should address the issues before there’s no going back.
During the facial she briefly explained what she was putting on my face. She understands that a facial should also be relaxing and therefore didn’t talk much until after it was over. Big plus. She is extremely gentle and thorough. It didn’t feel rushed. The extraction process was fine. I don’t have many blackheads or blemishes so it was quick. During the facial, fern gave a great shoulder and arm massage. The entire facial was an hour.
Once the facial was over, she explained in detail what she used and why. She offered all her products but didn’t push. She also gave me tips on how to continue taking care of my skin.
Her products can be a bit pricy but well worth it since they do make a difference. They are an investment. Over the counter products are no comparison. The cost of her facials are very reasonable and good bang for your buck. Cost is somewhere in the middle. Not as expensive as going to a regular spa and yet her service was great!
Oh and dont be put off that she works out of her home. There is a side entrance to her in-​home studio. It’s large, clean and well lit.

My girl was talking about wanting to get a facial so it made me think that would be a good idea for her upcoming birthday. So I used Good Olé Unilocal!Well Unilocal did not disappoint. .I found Fern!
Like any smart buyer, I had to try out the goods first before I could take my partner in crime there.
So I booked an appointment for myself and my teenage son. What a great decision! Both my son and I were treated like Kings! The signature facial was amazing and did wonders for my face and my sons. Besides her working on my face she also gave my shoulders a nice massage.
It was very relaxing experience. I felt like a million bucks. Fern is very professional and knowledgable when it comes to your skin type and the products you should use. Such a sweetheart. Definitely a relaxing experience and environment. Every time I come to get a facial, I know she did an awesome job. but then a week goes by and I REALLY KNOW she did a good job because my face is just RADIANT! :)
