This had to be the biggest waste of my money. I should’ve gone with panda express. Neither are that great but this place was simply aweful. The meat they used was old and overcooked. The chowmein just crap and for its price. The chicken salad just plain yuck. Spent $ 30 on 3 dishes using Grub hub. Should’ve done more research on this place before I ordered. I was just to tired and hungry. I was going to complain but decided to do a Unilocal review so that it won’t be just another ignored complaint. You’ve been warned! Stay away from this careless business.

Loved getting the family meal for 4 persons. Totally worth the $. Nicely packed and it even came with a 2 liter of Pepsi which was a nice surprise. The delivery time was totally acceptable and the food taste was awesome. Definitely will order again whenever there’s too much traffic out in L.A. and want to stay home instead of dealing with driving anywhere.

I order from here often cause it’s convenient, delivery is quick and you get plenty of food for what you pay. It’s not the best but it isn’t horrible. If your using credit card to pay for your food they do charge $ 2.50 which I think is kinda steep. Anyway, I always order the combination fried rice and some mushroom chicken.

I like coming to these Chinese place around this area, most decent one and prices are good! Love the potato salad! And a horchata drink on a hot day is bomb! The only thing I don’t like is that their teriyaki chicken is really dry and tough. This place is also my favorite because they deliver and they have a stamp card for a free entry when you get it all stamped. Their staff is friendly as well. It’s not the best but it’s really good! PS they don’t have parking you have to park in the street.

If I could put a zero I would! I ordered through GrubHub. Although the delivery was timely, the food was practically inedible. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and it was essentially 5 tiny(and when I say tiny I MEANTINY) pieces of beef soaked in some sauce with a plethora of onions — basically an ENTIREONION. They tried to pass this off as normal when I called. I had to call GrubHub to get my money back. SONOTWORTHIT.

I should’ve known better, shame on me by ignoring the bad reviews… Me and the coworkers were craving Panda one day. Since there aren’t a whole lot of choices here in downtown LA, we found Bamboo Express on Grubhub. It has terrible reviews on both Grubhub and Unilocal, but we were desperate so we gave it a shot. Although delivery was fast, the food was pretty much inedible. Lots of weird colors of the food from the food coloring they put in. Basically everything was fried and drenched in some color sauce that all taste the same. Everything was super greasy and had strong old grease taste. I don’t even know why they ask you steam or fried rice with your entrée, when at the end they just dump on the same fried rice and noodles on ALL of our orders. We ordered Mongolian Beef, Lemon Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Orange Chicken. Most of us ate 1⁄3 of our food at the most and threw away the rest, it was that gross. Worst Chinese fast food I’ve ever had!

Hey every one I’m a big fan of Chinese food and I like to try little places that I never been to but this one is really awful people. I order on e 24 for delivery and when my food came it was disgusting guys I order the Chinese chicken salad with a teriyaki bowl with extra chicken terrible the chicken tasted like if it been all day on the grill hard nasty and not very good looking like a dark yellow ish color. Bottom line if you want to go here or want to order from here plz don’t

The food quality is horrible. I’m afraid that I’m going to get food poisoning after eating that. I got it delivered and wish I could get my money back :(

this place is decent if you want dirt cheap delivery chinese food. Nothing to write home about and the veggies don’t taste great ifyou’re not super hungry, but the chowmein and fried rice is pretty solid. So was the spicy beef. Got the kung pao chicken and it was just okay. The chicken meat wasn’t all that good.

I’ve lived in downtown for 3 years and had ordered from every chinese restaurant that delivered, but Bamboo express until last week. They were fast with the delivery. The food was the best delivery I’ve had in LA. Quality, not too greasy chinese food.

Found this place on Grubhub, and so glad I did. Eggrolls are yummy, the Hot & Sour Soup is amazing, and delivery is always extremely quick!
