Bought mattress, was told could call with boxspring change. Called the next day and said I wanted a 2″, Tommy takes note down, says its all good.
Days later when the mattress arrives, it comes with a full size box spring.
Call the showroom, nothing in the computer, no notes, nothing and they wanted $ 50 to change it. I didn’t even have a bed to remove, so it was half the work anyway.
Long story short… if you have an extra couple hundred just follow the Unilocal reviews to the other top rated stores.

Ripped off! Put $ down to hold a bed. Decided to go a different way and was told by Beds Etc management that they don’t return your money. This goes for all locations!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Unethical business. Can I give them zero stars? I’d like to. Also, after I changed my mind my sales rep was impossible to reach by phone. Also upper management can only be reached on week days. Not cool people! Better Business Bureau here I come!

Read the review by Gurpreet J it almost exactly mirrors my experience here. This is the used car dealership of mattresses, avoid. Promises made and promises not kept. Do not expect them to follow through on time. Nor will you necessarily get the product you were promised. Your credit card will have been charged and you’ll be lucky if you actually have the item in hand. Then when you don’t receive the item you will never get a refund. Super shady experience, stay away!

This place does some real shady business. I wanted to purchase a queen size Serta Icomfort Genius mattress (memory foam mattress). This place said they could give it to me for $ 75 cheaper than Sit n Sleep which is located next door. When they delivered the mattress they delivered a lesser model, the Serta Icomfort Insight (which is actually $ 300 cheaper). Luckily I inspected the mattress tag and noticed it wasn’t the mattress I had paid for.
When I called the company, the sales person who sold me the mattress Dave wasn’t available to speak. The company gave me the run around and when I finally spoke to someone they told me my invoice for some reason was voided and the new invoice had the cheaper mattress on it. The was so bizarre. They changed my invoice after I paid them and left the store! Some real corrupt stuff going on with upper management.
After a lot of phone calls and time wasted on the phone I got them to admit they made a «mistake» and they agreed to deliver the correct mattress.
When they eventually delivered the correct mattress it was stained and used condition. No one will help address this situation at the company after several phone calls and messages I’m still waiting to resolve the situation and in the meantime paid almost $ 1300 for a used stained looking mattress.
I wish I would have just went with a bigger more reliable company instead of dealing with the hassle and shadiness of this place.
If you do buy your mattress here please inspect the invoice with the product tag received because they try and deceive you.
I would seriously just buy somewhere else as I am very frustrated with the service here.
