I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few months and I always have a great experience! Elle can turn Sasquatch into Cinderella with her amazing threading skills! A+ family owned business. Not to mention they beat the competition on price and style!

Do NOT go here for Brazilian waxes, Annie is legit the messiest, roughest, most unskilled waxer I have ever experienced. So messy, so unclean, re-​uses wax and sticks and the worst part is she makes it «interactive» meaning your fingers are covered in wax and hairs by the end!!! INSANE!!! Never ever going here ever again, worst experience ever.

I must have gone to the wrong person based on these reviews — that was the most painful eyebrow threading I’ve ever had and I’ve been doing it for years. I almost had her stop half way through. Took three times longer that it should have and pure agony the whole time. :(

I really like this place. I believe the women who assisted me is named Sapama, she was very nice and took good care of me. I am going today for my second visit to this place.

This place is great. But I only go with 1 person, her name is «BASANTI» shes like the best. She loves what shes doing and literally take good care of you.
If you come visit to their salon, go with BASANTI. I recommend her, You’ll love her like I love her :) hehehhe

This is the only place I trust with my eyebrows, every time I leave I am satisfied with the shape of each brow, very friendly environment, and at a affordable price of $ 10.

$ 10 eyebrow threading seems like a good price until you realize you have to go on a mission. Parking isn’t the easiest to find, there are paid parking lots but that would defeat the purpose of the $ 10 eyebrow threading. Give yourself enough time! I came here on the weekend and I was the only one there so I didn’t have to wait really happy about that! No air conditioner in there so It was hot! Then I heard the woman working there screaming at her child. Not The most welcoming greeting but it does get crazy here in downtown. The woman who did my eyebrows did a good job and took her time with my eyebrows so that was okay. I’ll come back if I’m in the area but nothing that I would really travel for.

I passed by here everyday on my way to work, i finally decided to go in and try them out have been going here ever since. Basanthi is the best, she takes her time and does a perfect job also super friendly. Great pricing as well.

I’ve been to several threading salons in Los Angeles but since I’ve started coming here I haven’t gone to another. Basanti is a very kind and wonderful woman, she is a pro at threading and does my eyebrows perfectly. Great prices and conversation.

Basanthi is amazing! She’s super nice and does miracles for eyebrows! She’s a perfectionist and won’t let you leave unless she’s satisfied with her work! I strongly recommend her

Omg. My brows have NEVER looked as good as they do now! Basanti is amazing!!! She’s talented, super funny, and sweet… she offered me some of her chocolate. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in town.

Basanti was very nice and took her time. She did not rush which I appreciated. For the price you pay you get better service than other eyebrow threading places. It was only $ 10 for the job and after I saw the results I am not complaining. It is located on 9^th st right before you turn into Broadway… tiny hidden place so if it wasn’t for their big easel sign outside I probably would of walked right past it. Out of all the places in downtown this will def be my number one spot.

Basantti was amazing. It was my first time threading my eyebrows and it will not be my last. She confirmed doing something before she did, making sure I was happy with her work. In addition to her perfectionist ways, she’s also very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her!

Its been abit more than 3 months since I arrived in LA and I remain loyal to Basanti. I would only advise you ask her to be careful and not thread too close to the skin because it cuts the skin. That’s the only issue. Otherwise, very good on the shape, cleanliness of eyebrow area… I would warn though, it starts to get abit busy after 3pm…

I absolutely love this place! They have great customer service, it’s the only place I like to go get my eyebrows done, especially by Basanthi! She’s amazing at what she does, she does a really great job, knows what she’s doing and shapes eyebrows really nice. And not to mention, she is very charismatic. That’s always a plus!

Slowest service ever! How can they have only one person to do the threading when it’s a busy time for your business? Poor business management. Don’t come here if you value your time.

I love BETB! I’ve been to a number of places in Los Angeles, and I’ve finally found the best! Basanti is my threading guru! She pays such attention to detail and every time I visit her she executes my threading perfectly. She’s also lovely and funny, which is a plus. Five stars for this place!
