Benjamin is a great professional and a very nice man. He replaced the glass of my iPhone, making sure I got an original piece. I’m very satisfied with his job.

I had quite a good experience here. I have to admit I was slightly tentative in terms of coming here but i needed my laptop for work the same night. I was having issues with my power button and my touch pad. They actually opened up my laptop and got everything back and running within an hour. I didnt realize how annoying my computer truly was until it got fixed. I would definitely recommend these guys.

This store cheated me out of thousands of dollars. Benjamin extorted $ 1800 in cash and never
recovered my data. I had to take my computer which I paid $ 2250 to fix to another computer repair store, since it was never fixed right, as soon as I paid and took it home. They never fixed my computer and would not give it back unless I brought payment in 100 dollar bills equaling $ 1800.They did not recover my information on my computer, just desktop. Ben, the owner is a true con artist and scammer, since he never tells the cost of the work until you fight to get your computer back. After I paid him about $ 2250, I had to take my computer to be fixed by a legitimate computer company. Anyone, who deals with this man may never see their computer again or their data, he is a game player. All the bad reviews on this store are no longer on Unilocal.I wonder what happened to them.

Ipod had a cracked screen and stopped by to see how much it would cost to repair. I was told to leave the ipod so they could determine the cost of the repair and that they would call in a day or two. Unfortunately, I never received a call. I came back two weeks later and they said they already placed the order and would replace as soon as it came in. Unfortunately, the price they quoted was much more than I expected. Simple call back with a price quote would have been great.

Ben helped me a lot recovering my computer data. He also gave me a discounted price! Happy to go back again.

Ben replaced the glass on my iPad Air on a rainy Saturday afternoon on a rush– staying open an extra hour so that I could make it to my flight for a business trip. He went above and beyond for me, a brand new walk in customer. What a great local business!

These guys are awesome. We took a really scratched, badly damaged DVD in last week, and they were able to recover the files completely, including audio. Super impressive. Highly recommend.

Broken laptop hinge on one side was repaired in little over two weeks and set me back $ 225 after haggling for a discount. Not happy with the price, happy with the repair. For comparison, this place in Carlsbad charges up to $ 150:

Aaron is the best at what he does! I brought in my iPhone 6 that was bent and shattered to pieces with no hope to bring it back to life. I took it to the Apple Store and they told me that I would have to buy a new phone. Luckily my friend told me about these guys and I had it taken care of in minutes and at a fraction of the cost. After he recommended a great case and screen protector. I haven’t broken my phone ever since, highly recommend

These guys are as good as it gets!
I popped in with two ruined iphones, and kids who wouldn’t give the phones up for love nor money! Ben, the owner, worked on them fast so that I could get them back asap.
One was in much more of a mess, but I took the other and he told me another two hours as they needed a couple of pieces. He called in an hour, saying it was ready, and it looked as good as new.
Another friend had them recover data from her computer, and she said it was a huge job, but they saved everything, so that’s why she sent me to them.
The nicest people, I wish there were more people in stores like this family. I will definitely use them again, and tell everyone else to go them.
They saved my butt (and the kid’s butts too!!) Oh, and their prices were very reasonable too!

Great experience and fast service! After reading the great reviews online, I brought my Cisco telephone router for repair after accidentally ripping out the power cord. Benjamin was very nice and able to get the part fixed in just a few days! Other repair shops told me the router could not be fixed and needed to be replaced, which is quite expensive. Benjamin and his staff saved me much time and money and I would definitely recommend them to others. Benjamin even called a few days later to make sure everything was still working fine. I am a very satisfied customer.

I took my cracked iPhone 5S in and they had it fixed within 30 minutes. Family owned business. The iPhone screen looks great and you can’t tell it was ever repaired. Five stars.

I dropped My iPhone 6 screen and the screen got cracked in small pieces. He replaced the screen in 2 hours. Great and quick service! It looks like new.

Amazing and quick service. I dropped my macbook pro on a carpeted floor, and my wireless connection stopped working completely. My parents had worked with Benjamin before and highly recommended him. It was a weekend so I didn’t think I would be able to reach him. Not only did Benjamin call me back quickly, but he even met with me at his store (which was closed), examined the laptop, and told me would work on it. He stayed in contact (he called me the next day after he had diagnosed the problem), was very easy to reach, and within 2 days I had a working computer again, which is running flawlessly. He backed up my data, repaired my hard drive, and repaired my logic board, all at a reasonable price. Benjamin is knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Computer Connection Group, and will definitely go back if I ever have issues with my laptop.

The hard drive in my laptop died and I lost four years worth of data that I had (stupidly) not backed up. It took a few weeks, but Ben and his staff were able to recover all of my data and repair the laptop. I am now a convert of backing up.

Thank Heavens for Ben!!! I had a relative in the hospital and an iPhone that had a faulty
Phone jack. I frantically found Fred. It was imperative that I keep in touch with the Hospital.
Ben assured me it was a simple fix. In a hour my phone was fixed for a reasonable fee by a skilled technician with a big heart and steady hand. He knows his stuff. Can’t say enough good about him! They are open all the time, which really helps us working folks!

My touch screen desktop first lost the speaker and then stop seeing the wireless connections.
When I took my computer to Computer Connection Group they fixed it and at also they put all my data back to the computer so I did not loose anything.
They were very helpful even after when I had a question they kept on giving the customer service by taking extra mile, customer service was great.
