Del Taco

They let people sleep in the restrooms. My wife was almost not able to get in because of this. That’s not cool. The manager was going to let my wife go in the men’s restroom after a long period of waiting to use the women’s restroom. Finally someone came out of the women’s restroom. It was a man who came out of the women’s restroom. Well, I know we will not be going back here again.

Quick food in between watching NFL football games on Sundays. For $ 11.37 I got a #9 (Del Beef Burrito & beef taco) combo Macho size with a strawberry lemonade, chili cheese nachos and a double beef taco.
The quality of the food here is so much better than Taco Bell. They have fresher ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes and good cheddar cheese and meats. I like the strawberry lemonade because they put large pieces of strawberry in it. The quality of the tortilla chips in the nachos are really good too.
They have a timer at the drive-​in pickup menu but they normally get the food out fast and fresh so I’m not sure if you get something if it goes past two minutes.
I love the medium sauce versus Del Scorcho or the Medium sauces. The sauces make every taste better :)

So I’m wondering if the order I placed that was recited back to me as I went through the drive though, was called in to a completely different location. Must have been. I get back to my hotel ready to eat, 90% of my order was wrong. This on top of the fact that for the second time of me coming to this location (due to close proximity to my hotel after coming off of a long haul flight) my chili cheese fries might as well have come straight from the burlap sack (if that’s even applicable) and into the carton with a scoop of chili and cheese thrown on. COOK YOUR FRIES for crying out loud. I asked for a cheese quesadilla, no green chilies, extra cheese. I get, a chicken quesadilla, with a few sprinkles of cheese, add green chilies. Famished I go, on a new food mission. This is what I get for attempting to eat fast food. How is this location still in business again? #disgrace

Something has happened here! Great redesign. I notice the old manager back she is awesome. Food is hot and fresh, tortillas are really hot and grilled not soggy. AC issue fixed. Legit Del Taco 10 stars.

Parking is tight but I always find a spot. The line moves quickly and a cashiers always have a smile and great you with a sincere hello.
The food is typical fast food Mexican but hands down much better than Taco Bell. There
59 cent hard shell tacos are tasty and a real bargain. I like their half pound bean burritos for !.00 each.
For fast food, I would rather eat here than a burger joint. They do a big drive thru business as they are located close to LAX.
I am not a snob; I eat here once or twice a week.

Some horrible parent that works here forces his or her daughter to fill the hot sauce trays when they’re empty. I’m pretty sure Del Taco doesn’t hire 11 year old girls to do their dirty work. What a joke. Failure parenting skills right here. I wouldn’t have even noticed it but because there were no tables I was like what child is sitting at a booth by herself while families are looking for a place to sit down and eat. Before some parent loses his or her job better thought this is the best place to give a heads up, before someone actually calls up Del Taco.

Line out door while cashier ignores line. Wait in line over 10 minutes long wait to order ALSO line cook walked in and out of restroom used it with cooking apron on! YUCK

In terms of food and bathroom cleanliness those were a 5.
However in terms of service at its best, maybe a 2. None of the tables were clean, the only napkins available were at the register, my fork broke on me twice, the outside of the place had trash everywhere, and lastly, the person taking my order didn’t listen and tried charging me for an extra meal I never ordered. And when I realized about this discrepancy I was doing all the apologizing to get reimbursed.

To put my love for this place succinctly:
There are only two, or maybe three, feelings in the world better than starting in on a couple of trays with $ 22 worth of Del Taco with your significant other.

Del Taco is da bomb!!! This was a good location and close to the airport. Service was quick and the food was yummy.

I love this Del Taco. I stop here whenever I get my car serviced right next door at the Firestone.
Very clean place too

As far as fast food goes; this location was fast, fresh, hot and delish. Kudos given when earned.

The usual lunch spot. Why? Because it’s two things. Good & cheap! Not only that but you can stretch a couple bucks a long way. My lunch consisted of:
5 hard shell tacos
+
2 chicken soft tacos (so bomb)
Cup of water
= (drum roll pleasee) $ 5.40
Not bad at all give it a try, workers are very nice, but they do get nervous when they call your number and no one comes to get your food. Bön appetite!

Yummy this was all I wanted for so long I love del taco this one is in the ghetto but well worth the risk especially the before I die chalk board across the street was comforting I wanted to go write eat del taco!

This is more of a 4 out of 5 for overall experience.
End of the day, it’s still del taco… but I’ve been to this branch at least 50 times and the staff are super friendly and don’t act like they’re losing money personally when they give you taco sauces… that is, they’ll give you a ton.
Food is usually pretty clean here and doesn’t appear sloppy when you unwrap it to eat at your final destination.

I like Del Taco. There I said it. Granted I grew up around sub par Mexican food but I’ve not had a bad meal here. I appreciate the prices and the fact that they have American grub as well. Love the fish tacos with fresh lime. Epic burrito was truly epic… fries, bacon and all. The service at this location isn’t stellar but I can put up with it.

Just got home, and the two quesadillas I ordered are nowhere to be found…
Called the store number 5 times… calls were ignored, and then the line was busy… last calls were ignored as well.
Could you guys please rectify this? I come to this del taco all the time, I just want to pick up the rest of what I paid for!

Can’t beat $ 0.59 tacos! This branch is very clean and organized. They even have a tray of variety of sauces on the table, saves us the trip of having to get up and asking for more sauce :]

Its Turkey tacos time, 6 no problem! I don’t usually do Del Taco’s or Taco Bell, but the turkey taco’s here are actually pretty good the meat had a good flavor to them, this place was clean inside as well as outside the staff was nice (all work no small talking) even the restroom was clean with just graffiti on the toilet seat, oh one thing I just learn is some fast food place’s that have self serve soda and juice dispenser always order a small drink… buy the time you have gone back 3 to 4 times for a refill you have just drunk maybe two large soda’s for the price of one small one… no its not stealing its called looking out if you have a lot of kids.

4 stars based on their chili cheese fries alone. The staff seems a little slow, they once forgot to charge me. lol. I had to say hello don’t you want to be paid for this?
