History

Established in 1986.

Diamond Mansion Co., a world-​class purveyor of exquisitely fine jewelry, is situated in the heart of the Los Angeles Jewelry District in the historic International Jewelry Center, commonly known as the «550 building.» The Los Angeles Jewelry District is the biggest in the country and the second largest in the world. Home to nearly 5,000 businesses with total annual sales of close to $ 3 billion, it encompasses an area of approximately 12 square blocks, taking in South Olive, Hill and Broadway between West 5th and 8th Streets. Half of the District falls within LA’s «Historic Core,» with the average age of buildings about 90 years. It wasn’t until the 1960s, however, that the influx of Los Angeles diamonds retailers and wholesalers moved in to take over the spaces originally built for general business offices, with retail shops at ground level.

Dino is fantastic! He helped my fiancé’ design the most stunning engagement ring and answered every question along the way. Asked him to check something with the ring after I had been wearing it for a while and he took care of it no questions asked and the turnaround time was excellent.
When it came time to design my matching wedding band Dino worked with both of us to come up with a beautiful compliment. His attention to detail is fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Beautful!

The way that they handled this crisis for me made the experience no trouble at all; in fact made the overall experience exceptional. Buying jewelry online can be very stressful and it can be a leap of faith at times especially when you can’t see it in person. I was hesitant at first but Dino and Omid were very professional in handling my request the entire time. They were prompt and courteous with every question I could throw at them. They really made my experience the best it could possibly be for an online purchase. I highly recommend emailing them your requests or calling, and they will get it done right. After searching Unilocal for a place to buy an engagement ring I saw all the great reviews of Diamond Mansion. As I live in DTLA there are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of places to choose from. I contacted Dino and we spent almost 2 months searching for the exact stone I wanted. I picked out a beautiful designer setting and they took care of the rest. I can’t express how professional both Omit and Dino have been throughout the entire process and my wife is ecstatic about her ring! Dino has excellent follow up and took great care in helping me find exactly what I wanted for her ring and sent me numerous ideas and choices. My fiancé (now my wife) also bought MY wedding band from them. These guys are exactly who you want to deal with when you are spending a good amount on a ring that is so special and you want truly personalized service. I recommend Dino at Diamond Mansion highly and will continue to give them my business in the future. I chose the price range of «pricey» only because this was not an inexpensive purchase and would say they will fit your budget no matter how great or small. They’re the Best!

I highly recommend Diamond Mansion to anyone. I had the pleasure of working with Dino when picking out my engagement ring. The whole process was online because I live in the midwest, which had me a bit nervous at first, but I could not be more happy with the outcome. They built the ring from scratch and gave me several options of diamonds in my price range so I could weigh the different the diamond qualities. My Fiancé was in awe over the ring. I even had to send to send the ring back to be resized because I had to guess the first time around, the turn around time from shipping it across the country and getting it resized was less than getting it resized locally. Even if you’re not in LA I would seriously consider reaching out to these guys, it was a great experience.

Dino and the team at Diamond Mansion put together the perfect engagement ring. The whole process was low pressure and very easy. They knew exactly what I was trying to do, and they executed it perfectly. If I had known the whole process could be this easy, I would have come into it with much less apprehension.
My fiancé looked at the ring and thought it was a joke… it was «too perfect.» I think that’s the best review I could leave.

Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn’t), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. He was always a great communicator throughout the entire process.
Fast forward…
I got the ring, and was ready to finish the deal but it didn’t fit to my Fiancé’s satisfaction. Dino happily took it back and had it remade and returned to my Fiancé within a week (remaking the ring mind you, because they don’t resize). I can’t say how happy we are. I will definitely be back!!!

My family and I have bought a lot of jewerly throughout the years — retail and wholesale. We’ve obviously encountered our share of good and bad experiences. The experience with Omid and his team was truly one of the best.
They went out of their way to find the perfect stone and were very patient as I went back and forth on shape. After finalizing what I wanted, they worked immediately to check inventory and presented several options — giving their honest and true opinion each and everytime. They never pushed us to buy or settle — and in the end gave us an amazing deal! Now only was the price better than competitors — the quality of the work in the finished product is amazing!
It’s only been a couple of days, but the constant compliments I am getting just shows what a great quality product they put out. It’s literally been non-stop…with complete strangers even asking to take photos!

Searching for an engagement ring can become a stressful situation. After looking locally and at the two main online stores, I kept coming back to a design I had pinned early in my search. I tracked it down to the Diamond Mansion and inquired about the price. Throughout the whole process Dino was very helpful and even upgraded the clarity of my center stone. Shopping online can be scary, and spending this kind of money sight unseen is slightly insane. I couldn’t find a negative review online and they are a BBB accredited company. This was comforting at first then I became skeptical thinking, someone surely has a complaint. I wouldn’t have been able to have gotten the set I did at the Retail stores. The appraisal that was sent with my rings was spot on with an independent one I had done locally. The gemologist was shocked at the quality of everything and the price I paid. My set appraises over twice what they made it for and they have earned any future business of mine. Guys if you have come across this review, all I can say is get past any doubt and trust Dino and the crew at the Diamond mansion to take care of you. You won’t regret it !

Five stars to Diamond Mansion. Great service, great selection, great prices. GIA certified diamonds! Parking is tricky but well worth it. If you go to this place in person it helpful as you can actually see what the rings look like on your finger. If you aren’t an online ordering type of person and need to see it in person. However their website is extremely easy to use and actually has great quality pictures if you choose to order online and they have an excellent return policy. They can custom make just about anything here. Whether you see it on their site, in their showroom or at some other jewelry store – they can make it custom. But they also have a couple designers named rings that you may like if you don’t want to customize. In my case I wanted just something very nice that I didn’t have to sit there and pick out things to customize it. So you can do both here… custom make it to your liking or pick a designer they carry. Limitless options. Got an amazing price on a designer ring set and center stone prices are very competitive here. GIA certified. They dont have that ridiculous overhead like the big chained jewelry stores here so you get much better prices and dont lose quality. When you walk into the building you’ll notice the elevators seem kind of confusing. Press 7 in the little keypad kiosk and it will tell you which elevator to take straight to that floor by letter. when you come out the elevator look for the signs pointing to suite 710 Diamond King. It’s the Diamond Mansion, they go by two names. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality diamonds and settings.

With a proposal being a significant investment, I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I wanted to know that the quality was top notch. After spending countless hours researching jewelers and spending time in brick-​and-​mortar stores, I was told about Diamond Mansion from a friend. Their selection is excellent and I have found their service to be just as impressive. With what I’m sure was over 50 back and forth e-​mails, Dino at Diamond Mansion was always timely in responding and always made it a point to educate as opposed to pushing a sale.
Upon receiving my engagement ring and wedding band, I was absolutely thrilled with the purchase and its quality. For someone like myself who spends a lot of time on the web for their job, I was also impressed with Diamond Mansion’s website and the «Learn» section, very informative.

I came across this store online and loved there ring collection so thought to go check them out. You see what happened was that my fiancée surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. He even gave me a small gift as the ring due to its detailed design took longer to create then expected (perfection takes time so I understood completely). Omid is awesome and I recommend them to anyone shopping for a ring. I continue to get so many compliments on this beautiful piece ! I will be referring you guys for years to come, keep up the great work and keep making people smile :)

After my review of this jewelry store, I received an email from them claiming that they were «good guys» and offered me a gift certificate if I would buy from them. I suppose that it was a veiled attempt to win my graces in the hopes that I would retract my bad review of their store.
I inquired about a diamond on June 12th 2013 and asked if I could get more information. They said it was sold and my 2nd and 3rd choices were also «sold.» Their ‘excuse’ was that inventory moves quickly and their site is «sometimes» out of date.
On 15 July 2013I just did a search using their diamond search engine. I used the same parameters as before and I see that the diamond that I originally inquired about is still offered for sale. I can’t imagine that the diamond market moves ‘so quickly’ that they can’t update their website in a little over 30 days. This ‘search engine’ is «supposed to be» up to date.
What these jokers have done is listed a diamond in each category for a price lower than they can sell it for. When you call in to inquire about your diamond, you are given a song and a dance and they try to sell you another diamond. Classic bait and switch. It is despicable and shameful.
This practice lures in unsuspecting customers and then they use pressure sales to sell you something you don’t want. Realize that the prices they offer on their website are pure BS. And if they can’t be honest with you, do you trust them?
