Toni and her team are very professional and very helpful. Outstanding customer service. Everything was beautiful and in excellent condition. Great price. She made our fathers 92^nd birthday beautiful. I would recommend her and Dime design to anyone looking to have a wonderful party or wedding.

I was the Bachlorette in my friends wedding & I was pretty much in charge of everything. Thank goodness for Dime Design. I pretty much threw out a few ideas and they took care of everything. The big day was stress free and my friend was very pleased with the outcome.

Dime design was awesome my aunt refereed me and I’m glad my cousins quinceanera came out so perfect more than We could have asked for. Great customer service very helpful and the deco was very beautiful thank you guys so much.

I used them for my wedding and yes, you get what you pay for. I was intrigued by the affordable price but when you meet with them its very unprofessional. You sign a waiver about being responsible for damages yet they hand everything over to you poorly packaged and in damaged bins.
So as we unpack items we notice most are good, however yes, like other reviews some of the things are heavily stained and torn. Thankfully the venue i booked also provided tablecloths so we went with theirs instead. Also the candelabras we rented were falling apart! My florist who was working with them said the plates were coming off so SHE had to fix them for me and save me again. At the end of my wedding we noticed 2 charger plates broken (yes i took responsibility) but to replace them she wanted $ 5 per plate when they were dirty and cheap to begin with. I know you can get the exact ones at Michaels for $ 1 ea. I offered to replace them for her but she declined. Talk about money hungry.
And to top it all off, she had the nerve to steal my personal wedding pictures that were on my mothers facebook to use for her advertising WITHOUT my permission!

DO NOT TRUST THEM TO HANDLE YOUR WEDDING DAY!!! paid in full and right after that It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of someone. Day of delivery of rentals was 2 days before wedding (thank God) delivery was 3 hrs late had to hunt down Toni who said she wasn’t aware of delivery… the night before we got a call from Allen her asst. Confirming delivery. When rentals arrived we were in shock and stressed out because everything we pulled out of the bins were torn, stained and not acceptable to use for any party. Plastic 99 cent store tablecloths would have been better. We contacted Toni told her the problem she asked for pictures after providing her proof with over 12 pictures she said that her rentals were «industry standard» and would not issue a full refund. We couldn’t use any of it. We had to find another rental company to help us. I asked her to pick up her things we would not be using them and to please refund our $ 350 plus delivery fee. She said we would get a refund for only a portion and would take up to 60 days. Nothing professional about this business. We were. lucky to find a REAL party rental company who had way higher standards that Dime Design. Everything was clean and pressed ready for use. Dime Design is a waste of time a true joke and will ruin your special event… sometimes a low price can be too good to be true. this was definitely what happened here. STAY AWAY!

Dime design, more like penny design. I guess you get what you pay for. EVEN if you do not use there stuff they do not refund your money. Received stained, snagged, candle burned table cloths and she expected me to use for a wedding. Really crappy to expect someone to use .Sent pics and still was in denial I would not recommend this place for anything. Toni is very unprofessional takes advantage of paying customer that expected some better quality. Looks like she picks up table cloths from one event not clean or inspected and drops them off dirty and damaged. Ya don’t waste your money or your time.

My wedding would not have been possible with out Toni and the Dime Designs team. I was on an extremely tight budget when planning. I came across Dime Designs while on craigslist looking for manzanita branches. I emailed her and was able to set up an appointment with her assistant Kristy (i believe was hee name) who showed my mom and i samples of the linens and vases. We asked whether we would be able to mix and match the collections to customize the look for my wedding. She told us she would check with Toni and get back to us. The response was prompt and Toni allowed us to mix and match, i think mainly because our wedding was in december. Since it is not a super busy wedding season i think she was able to afford us alot of time and understanding. She was so patient when we met with her to look at items from the library, trying to decide which to use and even showed us pictures of of ideas from pinterest and previous weddings. When deciding if Dime Designs is right for you keep in mind how much help you will be getting for your own big day for transportation of the materials, setting up, tear down, and washing the linens. I was blessed in that my family was very supportive and took this on. I would definetly reccommend Toni and Dime Designs. They are incredibly accommodating and really great to work with. I posted pictures from my big day. The linens, vases, manazanita, as well as some of the décor was combined with runners my mom in law made (which was given to the library) and other décor i bought from downtown LA, dollar stores (blue vases were from the 99c store), and craft stores. I am glad through Dime Designs i was able to have an amazing wedding that turned out even better than i could have imagined.

I contracted dime designs for day of coordination for my wedding. My coordinator Michelle was timely, organized, and professional. I couldn’t imagine my wedding without the help of dime designs!

I had a really bad experience with this company. It was impossible to get in touch with them and their strict rules made my wedding 10x more stressful. The items I got were very used. The candle holders had wax stuck so far in them that I didn’t end up using them. To return the items they are due «no later than Monday» following your wedding. I called all day Sunday and Monday and got a call at 3pm saying I had to turn them in between 5:30p-7p or else I have to pay $ 100 late fee. I said I was in Bakersfield with my family and can come 9a the following morning but there was no compassion at all. I ended up leaving my family just to appease the crazy return rules. Please save your self the stress.

I have a wedding business and I always recommend my clients to use their services because my experience with this company was AMAZING!!! Great prices and AMAZING customer service :)

I have no idea what their service is like but I do not appreciate being repeatedly spammed to my email by this company through craigslist.
Advertise your services all you want but stop replying to my «for sale» ads trying to get my business. My wedding is OVER for heavens sake thats why I am selling my stuff on craigslist, I am past needing this kind of service and having my inbox repeatedly hit with solicitations is rude and annoying.

Dime Designs provided me with day-​of coordination services, and day-​of crew to set up, serve at the reception, and tear down. Their prices were far more reasonable than any coordination services I’d found in the LA area. Toni was a professional all the way — responsive to all my questions, and able to provide good feedback on my proposed schedule and timeline. She also provided me with all kinds of forms that helped me organize my vendors, set-​up/​tear down instructions, and other notes. On the day, she and her crew were professional, helpful, and so very pleasant. They were able to execute my vision flawlessly — all this from simply reading my set up instructions. I highly recommend Dime Designs.

Toni and her business have been a GODSEND to me. I am SO glad I found her when I did. She took over when no one else could and made my event BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT! She thought of all the things I wouldn’t have, and especially the ones I didn’t have time for. She paid attention to all the details and I had an amazing event thanks to her. It wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without Toni. LOVE HER!
