Great service! Three days prior to my daughters birthday I called for a quote but got no answer. I read further on their website and saw that you can text a quote. I sent it to the number provided and they replied within a minute. I sent them my address and info and right-​away got a confirmation for delivery. They ran 30 minutes late on delivery day but they kept in-​touch with me the entire time. Thanks for everything Ray!

Just held a birthday party for my niece’s 7^th birthday. I had ordered a jumper and table and chair rentals from these guys and they were there on time and had the bounce-​house up and ready for the kids to play in in a matter of minutes. By the way, she absolutely loved the princess-​themed jumper, thanks again! Will definitely do business with you guys in the future

We were in a bind as we needed tables/​chairs for 70 people and a canopy for potential rain. Ray and his team were able to deliver within a couple of days and we even paid via paypal! It was so easy and Ray had great communication throughout. I would definitely recommend!

I cannot emphasize how professional this company is and the excellent service I received. First and foremost, Ray the owner is fantastic. I had been planning my baby shower two months in advance and after comparing rates between rental companies, Ray quoted me the best price! Second, the day before the actual event, Ray went above and beyond by making my rental available to me on that day with delivery! I’m almost 9 months pregnant and because I’m at a slower pace, setting up and decorating early was a huge stress reliever! Lowest price, 100% reliable. These are really the only 2 qualities you look for when planning a party and I found it with Raymond at Jump-​N-​Hop. I scoured Unilocal for companies to rent from when I decided last minute that I needed tables, chairs and a tent for my son’s 6^th birthday party at the park. I called Raymond (who was on vacation at the time) out of desperation and he replied to every email promptly. I was stressed and nervous and he reassured me that he would have everything set up and delivered and I had nothing to worry about.
On the day of the event, I expected him at 10am and his guys got there almost an hour earlier to set up which I did not expect. I had my phone turned off because my kids were playing with it and it died and when I turned it back on at almost 10 I got a bunch of missed calls and text messages saying the guys were there. I panicked thinking that they probably left for sure since i wasn’t around and they could not reach me. I called Raymond and he was calm and told me they were still at the park waiting! CRAZY! I myself, would have left, but these guys stuck around. The reason they came early was to have the tent set up by 10am as I requested, but with such a big tent 20×20 it took a while to set up, so they got there early to ensure set up would be complete by 10.
Check out their website for deals. I was able to get 8 tables, 50 chairs and a 20×20 tent for under $ 200 and this included set up, delivery and tips! I called over 10 companies and was not able to find a tent of this size for this price. Lowest price… I can assure you.
Set up– Easy peasy, I told them where I wanted my stuff and they set it up there. Everything was great quality, no huge stamps or permanent marker with the company name, clean white tent, no broken chairs– top notch!
Pick Up — Pick up was for 4pm and our party goers were having so much fun they stayed until 5:30. The guys patiently waited in the parking lot until we wrapped up. I didn’t even realize they were there until we picked up our last items and they came running over to pick up their items.
There was one drawback, I ordered 8 tables and 50 chairs and only 6 tables and 36 chairs were delivered due to miscommunication via text messages. I panicked and called Raymond and he personally delivered the missing items before the party started! Even with this little drawback I give them 5 stars because they resolved the problem quickly and it did not affect the start time of the party at all. Also, good to know that if something like this happens there is no hesitation to resolve.
I will order from this company over and over again! A+++++++ Thank you Raymond for helping me take the stress out of party planning.

Driver forgot to leave tables and cotton candy machine was so gummy inside the motor would not turn. As a result it began to flame up and burned my husband. We called many many times to at first to request tables and a new cotton candy machine be delivered before the party started and got no response, just voice mail. Driver was told upon pick up what happened and was asked to have owner contact us for credit. They didn’t. I have been leaving voice messages since Sunday with no response. Their VM is now full.
Very disappointed. :(

Rented a generator for a jumper & the thing broke 2hours in! It kept shutting off on me. Ray said it would last 6 hrs. We Had to go buy gas for it and it still wouldn’t turn on. The people from the party next to us were kind enough to let the kids jump in their jumper. It was real embarrassing. I brought it up to Ray and he said he’d give me a partial refund, but I’ve yet too see that money. I still think I should get a full refund tho! :(I rented a jumper for nothing!

I used these guys for my daughter’s birthday in Pico Rivera on a Saturday — regular jumper, 5 tables, 50 chairs.
I called at night and received a text message reply in a couple minutes. They answered all my questions and the estimate was clear. They arrived on time, setup quickly, and picked up that night.
I would recommend them and use them again.

Ray was very good with accommodating our needs. We really wanted a train themed jumper and none was available
So he ordered more train banners. Unfortunately we did not get to use the jumper due to rain but I was pleased that we were not charged for the jumper for weather conditions. They were also helpful with getting a canopy with heaters for us in lieu of the jumper due to the weather. Overall we are very satisfied with their service.

An easy, afforadable one stop shop!!! I ordered the economy package #1 (jumper, tables, chairs) with tablecloths and kids tables/​chairs all for $ 120.
I used jump-​n-​hop for my daugher’s first birthday party and they were the easiest vendor to work with. The jumper was a big hit and all tables/​chairs and linens were in really good condition. I booked them less than a week before the party and everything was set and confirmed the day I called.
You can’t beat the price and convenience from any other rental company!

By far the best experience that I have ever had from a party rental company. The staff was incredibly helpful as they went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect down to the very last detail! Ray was a pleasant to work with as everything that he told me on the phone was accurate when I arrived at the store and there were not any hidden fees. When the reservation time approached, the crew was there early and set up the jumper and even stayed a couple minutes to make sure that everything was working correctly. This was a true 5 star experience and I will always be coming back for my future parties!

I was looking for a great price for renting tables and linens. Ordered everything over the phone and even did the down payment over the phone, which was great. The only thing that went wrong is the overlays I ordered. They were the same size as the regular table covers. Overlays are suppose to be smaller. (Probably be a little more specific in ordering to be sure you get what you want) But we improvised and I was able to pull it off. Overall experience was good. I would definitely rent from them again. Thank you!
