Kangaroo Bouncer Rentals

Had a great experience with these guys! Easy to book online. On time for delivery and pick up. Very fast and to the point. Saw them actually get in and vacuum and clean/​wipe down the bounce house once it was blown up. I did not get a call when they were on their way like the email said, but we were home all morning so not a huge deal. Would deffiently rent from these guys again!

Excellent service, everything was delivered as promised and on time ! We waited last minute to order chairs and tables and kangaroo bouncers did a great job in helping us out! Tim is very friendly, helpful and we would HIGHLY recommend to others. We will definitely use Kangaroo bouncers again because we were very satisfied with their services :)

I have to give a 5 star rating because from the point I called 4 days before booking to the minute the dude came to take the bouncer, the experience was awesome! I don’t remember who the guy was, but he was very nice and professional. I got a phone call before arriving in the morning and he showed up 30 minutes early. =] nothing was complicated, the price was very reasonable for everything they did and they take the time to sanitize the bouncer themselves before leaving. I will definitely be renting them in the future and referring them to friends and family. Great company! Oh, and the bouncer? Exactly what I wanted and exactly how it’s shown on their website. Another plus, you can book online super easy and fast without it being a hassle. Yeay! Loved them!

This review is for attentive service. I called to ask questions regarding different options for bouncy houses and tent, table and chair rentals for a birthday party the same week. Weather changes caused me to consider last minute rentals and Steve answered all of my questions and reassured me that he would be able to accommodate my order. I called at least 4 other companies and left voicemails and had to keep on calling before I would even get a person on the phone! Prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. At the end of the day, I decided not to book, but I will definitely use them in the future and refer to friends.

We used them again in October! Canceled 2 days before the party due to a water leak in kitchen, then got that fixed the next day and the party was back on. They were so understanding and accommodating. They are awesome! The price is definitely right and my son loves the basketball hoop in the bounce house. We also rented the popcorn maker machine and that was a big hit too. The kids had a blast & our 3 yr old asked if we could keep it all. Highly recommend this company, we will not use anyone else!!!

Excellent experience with Kangaroo Bouncers! The staff there couldn’t be more professional. What really amazed me about my experience was their willingness to be flexible. When we got to the day before the party, it was raining. I didn’t want to cancel the bouncer, but it was looking pretty likely it would be raining the next day. To say I was freaking out would be an understatement. Instead of getting irritated with me, they offered up help and were empathetic to my situation. In the end, we rolled the dice on having them come and the weather cleared up in time, but had I needed to cancel last minute due to rain, they were willing to work with me due to the circumstances. The bounce house itself was so clean, and beautiful! It completely made my daughter’s day! I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful my experience with Kangaroo Bouncers was. I have never rented a bouncer before, and now I feel like I should rent one for every single event I have going forward — and it would only be from Kangaroo Bouncers! Their prices were exceptional as well! Thank you!

Awesome company from start to finish. We got the Frozen jumper for my daughter’s 4^th birthday party and it was the hit of the day. The Kangaroo crew couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. Prompt, quick drop off, clean like new jumper, reasonably priced, easy pick up and clean up. Would definitely rent from them again.

My experience with Kangaroo Bouncers was literally the best from start to finish! The appointment set up on the phone was very pleasant because Tim was extremely helpful with suggestions and friendly throughout the entire phone call. It wasn’t just a person taking your order with a ‘I just want my shift to be over already’ attitude like the other 5+ places I’ve rented from in the past. I was treated with appreciation as a valued customer.
Tim was also the one to come set up the jumper. He was very punctual and had no problems finding my place, again, unlike the other places I tried that were late and had to ask me for the gate code, which I already provided during the initial order online and by phone. He was very patient with me when I had to remove slanted posts (used to hold up a fallen wooden fence awaiting a contractor’s estimate for a new one) one-​by-​one as it was blocking the path to the jumper area. After the jumper was up and running, he went in it with his cleaning supplies and wiped the jumper clean. There was no smell, no wet surfaces, no dirt or other messes.
The Race Car– Themed 5-​in-​1 Jumper arrived just like the one on the website. It wasn’t worn out. It was very firm, making it safe for toddlers (and even adults) to walk on it without making others around them fall. The kids loved it!
When it was time for pick-​up, Tim arrived on time with a helper to fold and load the jumper. No issues whatsoever.
My experience was exceptionally great that I will continue to rent jumpers from here and refer all family and friends to do so too!
This experience prompted me to write my first review ever, and it’s a really lengthy one too! Sorry, just wanted to express my excitement for my new jumper rental place!

We had our daughter’s 5^th birthday party yesterday. Our backyard had limited space but Tim was able to set up the bounce house as we had wanted. My daughter loves the movie Frozen and was very excited to see that they had that theme. The bouncer was nice and clean as well as the chairs and tables I had rented from him. We had also included a cotton candy machine to our rental which was a big hit with the kids and adults. Tim arrived on time and set up very quickly. We were very pleased with their service that we recommended him to friends and family at the party. We will definitely be using Kangaroo Bouncers again.

I never wrote review before, but feeling exceptionally happy with the the services that Kangaroo bouncer had provided. We rent a 5 in 1combo for my son’s birthday party, kids had so much fun. We also got a cotton candy machine for free. Tim and his wife are very nice. After they delivered the bounce house, they cleaned it thoroughly before letting the kids play. the bounce house we got actually is brand new. very happy with their service and will strongly recommend them to all of my friends and families for future parties.

We decided to get a bouncer last minute so we did a quick search and came across kangaroo bouncer. We spoke to Tim. He was very friendly over the phone and got to our house within an hour and the setup was quick. We had rented several bouncers before and I would have to say that this has been the best service we have ever had with a bouncer company. Tim also cleaned the interior of the bouncer before allowing the kids enter. The bouncers are all new and clean. I would recommend everyone to give this company a call first. They are able to supply a lot of party stuff for your party events. This is our first time with them and before he left, we already thought about calling him back in July for another party event.

Man last min reservations were a call away. Have 2 neices and had a blast. If you every need a bouncy house this is the place to get it from. The guy was very professional and set it up within mins. Very clean and sturdy enough for me to be jumping all over the place and enjoy time with my neices. Ok till next time keep it hopping.
