Custumer service is laze as AF. For price of one burger I can get two burgers in n out and it will taste way much better. Burgers there taste as rubber. So disappointed and would not recommend go there. God even ⁷⁄₁₁ sandwiches better …

Since the location has changed managers this place is providing horrible customer service. I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I get there almost 15 mins after making the call and pay for my order. I’m expecting to be immediately handed my order after paying. I ask the cashier if it was ready he said no. In my head I was like OMG. I step to the side and notice there are no burgers being made at all. I also notice a bag sitting where to ready to go bags usually sit. I asked the guy making the burgers hey is this my order, he checks and says yes it is. Totally unbelievable!
The new cashier also has a hard time counting so please check that you are given the correct change when you go here.

I’ve been eating here for a year and it has had the same rating the whole time. I always have a tall order and I’m very particular about my order (with everything, everywhere), they almost always get it right and are never short or rude about it.
It sucks that this location has such a bad rating. I was just hoping to grab the attention of someone who might otherwise dismiss this store to give it a chance.
It’s a FatBurger, it’s no worse nor any better then any other one.

Work right up the street, not too many options around here so you would think a burger spot could get it right… NOPE! Order incorrect every single time, it’s like it’s done wrong on purpose.

Some people are just too funny. This place is awesome. I brought in my family for lunch before we headed over to the flea market. We had a large group, 8 adults and 2 kids. You have to expect a high price when its more than four people. Total was over a hundred, but we were given a discount. Beautiful. We sat and waited for the feast. Orders are handed and guess what, not one mistake. On point. While eating what i believed to be a mananger check with us to make sure we were happy. He said beautiful family, every complimented on the service. He gave a gift.
I dont mind paying for great service. Places like this are rare now. For my second visit I have a new favorite burger place. As name implies. Fatburger.

It’s Fatburgers, the burger joint you use to hit up after the club at 2am off Jefferson.
I came at 12:15pm on a Friday with $ 100 bill. No problems breaking a large bill, service was quick & the burger was delicious.

If I could give no stars, I would! I went yesterday evening February 29^th, 2016 with my friends to enjoy some dinner before the clippers game, and let’s just say the cashier working last night around 4:30pm was absolutely rude to my friends and I. I don’t recall her name, but she was African American. I went and ordered myself a shake and she said «NO, I cant make you a shake right now, because there’s too much going on!» So I just ordered a regular drink. As I was eating I saw a group of people walk up and ordered shakes, and she made the shakes for them. So I went back up to the counter and ordered my shake again, and she proceeded to say «I can’t, we are out of ice cream.» What complete crap!!! This place is horribly managed if you’re going to hire a girl like that, to represent your company. I cannot believe the horrible experience I had, it ruined my evening. I really hope they will read this review and talk to that employee about giving good customer service. I do not recommend this place to anybody. If you don’t like working with people then go work on a farm. I still can’t believe the ignorance.

My burger last night was so delicious ! I ordered the turkey with cheese ! Probably the best turkey I’ve had in a while! I believe this fat burger opens late but yeah it was great! My boyfriend got the skinny fries and they were also very tasty and fresh!

I like trying out different burger places when traveling. Fatburger did not disappoint. I had a large with the works, some sweet potato fries, and an amazing Pumpkin pie shake. Sadly, the burger didn’t stand out, but whatever was on the fries, was to die for.

It would be great if they have drive-​thru. XXL monster is the real monster, cant even finish one of this because just the name implies, it is XXL. Massive with stuff that you would love eating and would definitely make you fatty.
Maui banana shake was also good but I guess it didn’t met my standards when it comes to shakes.

So juicy and delicious. Fatburger comes in three different sizes and there’s a lot of customization options. Grilled only once it’s ordered, you can taste how freshly grilled it is. The patty is really well seasoned and unbelievably juicy. The bun is on the super soft side.
Cashier was super friendly and nice. High-​tech soda machine.

Loved it! The food and the service were both amazing. Best turkey burger I’ve ever had and the chili cheese fries are my husband’s favourite. The lady there (I’m so sorry but I don’t know her name) was so helpful and friendly and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. Customer service at its finest!
I’ll definitely be back!

I am writing this review as I wait outside this location. It is 9:20 am and the TVs are on, but the for is still locked and there is no one inside (someone was before opening time). Since they don’t even open when they should, then they don’t deserve any stars at all.
Let’s not even talk about other tones that I come here and they run out of fries.

You get a lot of burger for the money and the level of customization is pretty cool as well. There’s three different patty sizes and then a double and a triple patty burger. I usually add either guacamole or a fried egg into the mix to make things interesting. Awesome soda machine with a deep selection of flavors and you can watch them grill your ingredients right in front of you.
If you’re really hungry, try the triple burger patty challenge, known as the XXXL challenge. You can get the burger without cheese and it’s a fairly do-​able task compared to some of the other LA area food challenges.

I love Fatburger… always have, but noticed that they’ve been closing. Been wanting a Fatburger for a few years, but hadn’t gotten around to it. Saw this one dropping son off a work and decided to stop there one evening. Went in last night and there wasn’t a crowd so ordering was easy. I ordered the following:
2 medium cheeseburgers (one with bacon)
2 Fries
2 Drinks
This order came to $ 25.00!!! Why? They charge for cheese! Why? I wanted to cancel my order, but I wanted my burger. From the time she told me the price and I handed her the money, I thought about all of the meals I could have had for less. And I am not talking fast food, but meals.
Okay we get burgers and they weren’t bad, but were a little plain/​bland. Needed just a bit of seasoning. Service was fine (except YOUNG lady calling me sweetie and honey — I am 50 years old… don’t address me like that). Not sure I’d go back because the cost is a bit traumatic.

One of my favorite burger joints ! Bacon and cheese large FAT BURGER !!! Was a little annoyed because everyone outside was smoke and the employee outside was smoking right in front of the restaurant. It was a hot day in LA and would like to sit outside but all I could smell was smoke. I thought there was this rule that you are not supposed to smoke a certain amount of feet near a restaurant or even smoke outdoors. But one of the employees a women was so nice and she brought our food outside for us and made sure she asked how our food was. That was really nice.

Sometimes Unilocalers just don’t make sense. I can’t even fathom the bad reviews. This Fatburger location is wonderful. I’ve been over a dozen times, and each time I’ve gotten 100% perfect customer service. Look people, it’s not the Ritz. Calm down and enjoy your burger!
I’m a huge Fatburger fan, so when this location opened within walking distance of the office, I was soooo excited! I’ve taken so many coworkers here when they needed pick-​me-​ups, and it has never disappointed.
We all recommend ordering a burger with EVERYTHING on it, even if you don’t think you like a particular condiment. The combination of all the ingredients makes the absolute perfect burger! I like to add a fried egg! Cheese is sort of pointless because there are so many other flavors to enjoy.
Hint: Fat Fries are far superior to Skinny Fries. Request them well done with seasoned salt. Amazeballs!!!

This review is mostly for the staff who work here. I came in with some coworkers on our break and we were all annoyed at one of the Asian male employees working here who was pretending to mispronounce everyone’s name while calling out orders as his half baked coworkers laughed in unison. How old are we??? The burger was bland and I had to ask for half of everything to be taken off the burger just to make it decent. Who puts relish on a burger? Never coming back! I’d rather go to the counter.

I came here for my lunch break and was super hungry so I ordered the small meal. Onion rings, burger, and drink. Walked all the way to work to come and find out that my bun had mold on it. Lost my appetite. Had to leave work and come all the way back to get my money back. The manager was nice and asked if I wanted another burger but after seeing that no thanks. Reason I gave this a 3 was because they were nice about it and gave me a full refund.
