HMF Styling Co is a group of hairstylists, makeup artists, wardrobe stylists and photographers. We specialize in events, weddings, red carpets, film and TV, music videos, editorial photo shoots, brand/​product shoots and set design.

The unique blend of our team allows us to fulfill all the needs and requests of our clients.

History

Established in 2012.

HMF can be seen working with Chanel West Coast, including her music video «Been On» feat. French Montana, red carpets and Fantasy Factory & Ridiculousness.

HMF has worked with actress/​singer/​DJ Taryn Manning on several red carpets including premieres, music video: «Summer Ashes» feat. KDrew and multiple on-​air interviews.

HMF’s set design/​hair/​makeup work on Jared Evan’s upcoming video for «Bass Is Low»

HMF has worked with others notable clients: Inked Magazine, LA Splash Magazine, Musician Liam Horne, Rapper Trophie, Model Sandra Taylor, Artist Theopilus London via Illy Issues Coffee and Model/​Singer Remy Maree.

HMF provides a yearly fundraiser called «Project: Makeover Take #NOMORE» to help raise funds for The Joyful Heart Foundation and Campaign: NOMORE.

Meet the Business Owner

Holli S.

Business Owner

Born right outside of Boston, Holli Starr grew up as a performer. Always being on stage: Holli developed a skill of creating the emotions of her characters through hair, makeup and wardrobe. The constant atmosphere of hairspray and glitter expanded Holli’s interest in the world of beauty. She began working with a photographer in 2006 and started arranging concepts for photo shoots and putting these ideas into production with flawless outcomes. Wanting more out of her career she moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 2009 and immediately began working on expanding her brand. Not long after she began styling for red carpets, auditions, photo shoots and film. Deciding to expand her knowledge, Holli attended graduated in 2012 with her Associates Degree in Cosmetology. Working in a salon left Holli unsatisfied and she began searching for ways to expand her creative mind. HMF Styling Co came to fruition and Holli’s talent, expertise and drive has made the company a go-​to for styling needs.
