(RIP OFF REPORT) I called mr. Lopez because my washer was bouncing around. He had sold me the washer for 200. 2 years pryor. Long story short he wanted to charge me 280. To replace a spring and shock he said. I told him no way am I paying more than what I paid for the whole washer machine. I told him just fix the spring that was clearly broken. He said fine I’ll be back tomorrow. The next day he shows up with a used spring that he installs in 3 min. I was happy to know it was a quick fix, how much could a 3 minute job cost right? 180. Dollars, Can you say RIP OFF ARTEST. I told him I thought he was an honest guy and that the work doesn’t justify the price. He then said 150. I told him, that I’ll pay it but that I’ll never do business with him again. YOU just lost another customer señor Lopez

NO GOOD.
I bought a used washer and dryer and had to have them replaced by Lopez once and then the replacements needed to be repaired twice.
All within three months time.
After the warranty was up, the dryer broke and no longer dries clothes
(again)
they want to charge to come fix it.
Now I have wasted $ 400.00 and have to buy a new dryer.
I’m done with this place forever.

Thieves. Plain and simple. Do not go to this shop.
Absolutely laughable.
Replaced the power cord on my window AC unit for a cost of $ 100. Did a half assed job too. Wanted to punch the lady in the face.
Thieves.

If I could give this place no stars I would.
I bought a washing machine/​dryer here less than a year ago for $ 400 and I have had to have it repaired twice. The third time it broke they sent repair guys here and told me it was going to cost $ 200 to fix. They were incredibly rude and when I told them it was the 3^rd time it’s needed repair in under a year, they said the business had had the ownership transferred and it wasn’t their problem (event though it was the same guy coming to repair AGAIN).
Long and short. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
They are RUDE and do not sell quality appliances.
