Like a lot of other Unilocal users, I’ve been coming here sine I was a kid, 5 years old or so. Thats about 20 years now! If that doesn’t tell you something about the quality of their food, then I don’t know what will. It’s acute little kiosk type place, and from what I remember I think it’s still cash only. They’re tostadas and cocteles are on point. They have all the regular ceviche and coctel options, shrimp, fish, mixta, pulpo, abulon, etc. The cocteles are not like other Mexican joingts that have diced cucumbers, onions, cilantro, and tomato. Rather, it is just pure seafood and broth goodness. They give you as many crackers/tostadas as you want when you eat there and their limes are always he best quality. Definitely fresh taste and worth your money.

This place is cash only because they’re ripping off the tax money! Yes I said it! Cold seafood is not taxable. If u go to Subway, you get taxed on hot pastrami not on cold tuna subs. Not only are they illegally charging extra for non-taxable food, they are charging more than the required 9% for their area. This is proof, I did the math. When I refused to pay taxes, they took the food back. And insisted that the«inspectors» require them to. For God’s sake, the food here is so cheap, why don’t they just raise the prices 10% and will still be cheaper than other places without all the bullcrap! I’m sorry but I could not eat here just on principalities alone. I’m still pondering if I should report them.

I’ve been coming here since I was 5 years old(I’m 20 now) and my dad even longer than that. This place is truly amazing. It’s small and quaint but so daum good and super cheap. I love everything on the menu. It’s honestly a great place to go when your low on cash and you want seafood. The ceviche is my go to plate.

My first time writing a Unilocal review and I am honored to write one for this place. The mixed combination ceviche was SOGOOD, SOFRESH, and SOCHEAP. Delicious!

This place is so good, fresh and cheap. If you like seafood than you will love this place. This place needs no long explanation it is just the best seafood I have ever had in Los Angeles. The prices are cheap because everything is cooked with lime juice.

Excellent ceviche and shrimp cocktails. Park on street. Cash only. Although it is would be considered a dive, it has excellent food. I have been visiting this place for many years and it never disappoints. Counter seating.

My favorite place to get a seafood cocktail. Small whole-in-the-wall and they have the best seafood! You’ve gotta try it!

I normally only give 5 stars to places that you MUSTGO to when you are in town. This isn’t one of those but if you are craving ceviche or seafood cocktails(and your cravings are RELENTLESS like mine) then it is a must-go. I always get the mixed tostada. It has octopus, crab, and shrimp. One order fills me up… which isn’t easy to do. And it’s delicious! The campechana is good too. It’s a mixed seafood cocktail with oysters and comes with crackers. This place has the best ceviche in town and you just can’t ask for anything more — really delicious food, lots of it and for cheap.

Best fresh seafood shack in South LA by Washington Bl. and San Pedro St. The place is smaill maybe can seat up to 20 people. They have a really small parking lot for 3 cars so park around the corner. There seafood is always fresh and for a small cup with toastadas is 3.75 not bad at all for that great flvor. I have been coming here for the last 19 years and the flavors and place is always the same. They definetly have a lot of clients but many take out. If you are in LA craving some good cocktel or Ceviche this is the place to run too! Enjoy!!!

Consistently Delicious! I have been going to this place for multiple years and they have yet to disappoint. Their prices are very reasonable and their portions are generous. This is definitely the definition of a «hole-in-the-wall» and is absolute worth trying at least once.

Family owned for well over 25 years. Great prices and great tasting food. If you like ceviche tostadas and shrimp or campechana cocktails this is the place to go. They are very generous with the servings. Small cool little spot very laid back. Perfect food for a hot day too.

This place main menue are Shrimp cocktails and Ceviche tostadas. It’s on the corner of Wahington and San Pedro-the parking is terrible, and the restaurant is not fancy at all, Bar and stool seating. But if you want a good shrimp cocktail. this is a good place with a good cocktail at a very good price. 5.50 for a large Shrimp Cocktail . I make a point to visit Manzanillo Seafood Restaurant when ever I’m in the area. A friend of mine introduced me to this place and Iv been hooked ever since. Its right off the 5 freeway exit on San Pedro. its a tiny little place with food that will surprise you in portion and price.

I have been by this place many times and figured it was about time that I try it out. They have an «A» rating so I figured at least they have that going for them. I dont believe that there is anything on their menu that is over $ 3.75 which is pretty great. This place isnt for the timid diner. It is more of an adventurous dining experience. There arent any tables to eat at, just counters with bar stools. Overall Id say that their food is really quite tasty. I had the mixed tostada that consists of civeche(however you spell it), octopus, crab and shrimp. Im not sure how they charge so little for their food and I dont really want to know because it makes me wonder where they are buying sea food at such a low price. I can see myself coming back for seconds, but is isnt an every day type of place.
