Mirage Nails

I waited over an hour for an appointment. Rude customer service. Not attentive and none of the tools look like they’ve been sanitized properly. Unless you’re desperate, don’t do it.

Hate coming here but love Linda she cleans my toe nails so well that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service sucks… location is okay very small and too many flys

Waited 2 hrs for just a simple full set, customer service sucks. They are all super slow they need an energy bar maybe that’ll help them speed it up

Second bad experience. Came in here at 10:30am for acrylics and they want me to wait till 12:30pm for someone who does acrylic to show up, because none of the 5 women here do acrylic! It’s a nail shop!!!

There just so great I love the way Tina does her acrylic nails. so worth it going back

Okay so first of all I called early to make an appointment with Tina at 4:00 I got there at 4:03 which means 3 minutes late. She tells me «oh your late can you come back later I already started on this customer».Like really shouldn’t you understand the parking is awful I was already there I don’t live near by and she tells me to come back later. Worst service ever she had already began with that customers nails which means she was working on them longer then those 3 minutes But couldn’t take her appointment never again will I return to this place.

Small nail salon. Was there yesterday and the lady that did my gel mani and Spa pedi was pretty nice. She did however go downtown on my left foot and cut me :(
I’m not coming back, cutting is never ok in my book :/

The ladies just patiently painted my 3 year old’s fingers and toes. They even added a little flower and made her feel super special!

It’s 9:15 !!! And I’m still standing outside waiting for them to open!!! Their hours are from 9 to7… Hmmmm not good at all

Lynn did my full set coffin nails. First time coming in. Paid about $ 27.00 she took her time with my nails. Made sure they were perfect. I will be back. Worth it!!!

Long wait time but worth it. Loved my nails. Ann did my nails, but everyone’s nails leaving shop looked good. Also, Super affordable!

I doubt ill be coming back! This is why im picky with places to get a pedi done. Its the first and last time i get a pedicure done here the nail tech made both my big toes bleed out like i had a very bad ingrown toe nail wich wasnt the case. both my toes where cut and now i cant really step cause it burns so much. Now for acrylic nails idk what type of powder they use if its cheap or not but three of my fingers were burning like if they were on fire. Ive gotten my nails done so many times and this has never happened to me. I hope my toe nails dont get infected

Never going back! Okay so had been there a few times before to get my acrylics, mani and pedi done and I had an okay experience but they are always rushing to get you out and seem to have an attitude when you ask them to fix something or point out something your not happy about. The place isn’t very clean and they never great you. It’s like your invisible.
HELLO If I’m paying for something that’s gonna be on my hands for the next few weeks it has to be nice.
THE LAST STRAW: I work a few minutes from there so I decided to SCHEDULE an appointment with LIN because I had to be on the other side of town after that so I made sure I was on time. I arrived 5 mins prior to my appointment and she had JUST BEGUN a pedicure. I asked her how long would I have to wait? (I don’t mind waiting 10or so mins) SHE SAID 20−30mins… What??? I had an appointment!!! So I waited patiently and after 20 mins I politely asked how much longer and she gave me such a big attitude and say another 20 mins. NEEDLESS TO SAY I LEFT!
I went down the street to SUN NAILS WITH VINCENT! So happy VERY CLEAN AND NICE! And they have two whole walls of nail polish options I loved it!!!

I love this place! I’ve been doing my nails here since I was 15 and I’m currently 20. I always go with Tina, she does a great job and always tries to have a conversation with you no matter what the topic maybe.

I really like how they did my eyebrows and I did my eyebrow and my upper lip and it was 12 dollars, I would go there instead of the other place I go, I would go there next time. It’s really painless and they make you lay down when they do your eyebrows and it’s really a nice place they also do nails I would recommend to other people who would like to try this place out.

I will not be returning here. Last night they had an attitude about taking me the ladies looked at each other for 5 minutes before they said 20 minutes. Then the lady that finally took me made me bleed from stabbing my cuticles and you’d think she would be a little careful on my other hand but No made me bleed again! And when I brought it to her attention she got annoyed!
This was a good spot for me but not anymore… Bye!!!

Came here for acrylic nails and pedi.
With no one in particular since I’m not a «picky» person. Had a party next day and was planning on wearing open toes heels. That didn’t happen. When getting pedicure done, my fat toe nail was pulled out too hard. It hurt more than usual, but I figured it was probably ingrown and the lady was doing me a favor. So immediately after it started bleeding and was real tender touch. I just cleaned the blood and hoped it would feel better the next day. But the pain got worst and started swelling and oozing a mixture of blood and pus. Now 2 weeks after my toe still looks very bad. Infected for sure. I called to complain. And they had me come in and they cleaned it. But really I could do that at home. That’s as far as they went to help me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Worst customer care I have ever experienced if they don’t want to help you they just won’t help you and will turn you away
Not to mention they always seem under staff
I don’t know about most but when I go get my nails done I wanna get what I pay for, they are so messy this is the last place you want to get gel done at

I was in a hurry and needed a pedicure really bad. I dont usually get manicures because I work with my hands a lot so I can’t say much about their services with that. I had no problems with the service or prices. Its OBVIOUSLY not a high class place like Gloss or Laque but the ladies got the job done. I guess I’m one of those people thats likes hole in the wall places and roots for the underdog. Either way, there are better places but if you are in the area, theres no harm in stopping by!
