, was done by Mike and Jared. They were both very professional and helpful. Jared worked with us on the content and helped us organize things appropriately. Mike came out and took AMAZING photos of the salon. They both made this experience stress free and the outcome was worth the wait. Id highly recommend them for photography and web design! I called this morning to get a quote. I explained the guy who answered the phone that I had a very limited budget and that I was looking for minor tweaks on my existing squarespace website. My budget was/​is $ 1500.00. I was shocked to hear that they won’t work with anyone unless you have $ 10,000. Really seriously? I find that very excessive, but I guess those that left reviews are part of an elite crowd of reviewers/​clients who may already be established businesses. However, as a graduate communications student on a tight limited budget $ 10,000 is a high price to pay. Having said that, I am curious to see how they justify their costs, especially after checking their existing portfolio. Anyhow, I am happy to say that I did find several squarespace certified designers (on squarespace website) who offer banging services at very reasonable prices to inject some minor tweaks to an existing squarespace website which does not need major structural work, but just minor changes to fonts, colors, and perhaps adding a scrolling effect to my site. How does one justifies $ 10,000 for that? Perhaps I didn’t make myself clear enough to this person who by the way was short when I mentioned my budget, and was even laughing at me as if I was somewhat disillusioned or disconnected from reality. So I guess if pricing is a measuring metric, I am compelled to give him five stars. However, I am actually giving him one star for being opened on mother’s day but I have to take half of that star back because he asked what was I doing calling him on mother’s day, but I guess if I had that $ 10,000 it would have been okay to call on mother’s day?

these guys are awesome! i took over a company with a basic, archaic, website, but not knowing too much about how effective a good website can be, i just left it the way it was for about a year, when i receiving comments from both customers and friends, that i seriously needed an upgrade, so i started researching.
i met with several website designers, including nouveau, and heard their pitch, which were basically the same, but what stood out with the nouveau guys, was their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions 24/7.even though i never took them up on that, the offer itself gave me the piece of mind that my website will never be down for the count… it was their ‘whatever it takes’ attitude, that beat the other companies, who were all great in their own right, but didn’t have the personal connection that nouveau displayed.
price wise, they’re not the most inexpensive, but they’re also not overly expensive… right about in the middle as far as a dollar figure is concerned, but the real value lies in the the support you receive during and AFTER the project is completed… even now, after almost 10 months after completion, i can contact them from time to time for minor edits, changes, etc, without them ‘nickel and diming’ me. that was my true test for them, and they passed with flying colors.
if the changes are easy, they’ll ALWAYS do it free of charge. and if the changes take a little more work, they’ll charge you just enough to cover the labor.
That’s how all businesses should be run… Customer service first.

I found Nouveau on Unilocal and decided to give them our company rebranding /​responsive website project due to their great reviews, I wasn’t disappointed.
I presented the team with a vision of what we needed and provided them with a lot of the artwork and direction. They were able to integrate that into a responsive designed website.
I really enjoyed working with the whole team specially Ian who is able to get your ideas and transform them into a reality and Jared whose customer service skill are A+++.

Great team of young, talented professionals. They walked me through each step of my website and didn’t make me feel stupid for not being very website and web marketing savvy. They are to the point and have good ideas on how to market your business and website. They do it all too; website construction, design and marketing. It’s kind of a one stop shop for all your web needs.

Called them for Wordpress troubleshooting and they helped me fix it in 10 minutes for free! I had been googling the entire day! Super helpful. Don’t know how their full services are but will highly consider them for future services.

Mike and Micha were super helpful. Mike Smith answers his phone ALL the time and Micah was very accommodating in helping to finish a project with a very short timeframe.
I was managing a project that was past deadline and in a rush to finish the project with reliable people, so was relieved to have Mike pick up the phone on Saturday, connect me with a developer, Micah, and actually agree to take on the job — AND finish the job when the necessary deadline.
I had trouble finding a reliable developer who does what they say they will, understand the requirements and deliver on time. Nouveau Studios did all that and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction, no matter how many changes were needed.
