Chef Tony has over 15 years experience in the kitchen. Our Chef was an honor student in the Culinary Chef Program at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. After spending many years with the Ritz Carlton catering private events such as Thanksgiving dinner for Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, Chef Tony has arrived! While remaining under the «Eat2Live» umbrella started by his father’s «French Quarter Native Foods Café;» Chef T has made his own path featuring an East Coast Vs West Coast fusion cuisine with a southern Cajun twist. «NY n Cali by: Eat2Live Foods» is set for a big year behind the leadership of Chef Tony in the kitchen. It’s no secret why the foodies are going CRAZY!

If you’re driving by and see NY n Cali in a pop up location, stop. If you see a tweet about them somewhere across town, drive there. If you’re planning an event, book them. You want this amazing food and the great family of chefs who create it on the spot, trust me. Fresh, homemade, Cajun, chicken shish kebab, pork, a crazy good vegetarian sandwich, sweet potato pie, and potato chips made right there on the spot that might be the best chips ever made. They created a beautiful pop up restaurant for an event we did last weekend and were a huge hit. Friendly and fun and delicious. Everyone took extra sandwiches home for later. Thank you Chef Tony and the entire family for such a great night!

Chef Tony has done it again! NY n Cali is one of the hottest up and coming caterers/​food trucks in LA. The menu is very creative and captures the essence of NY signatures dishes with a Cali twist! LOVE IT!
