Wow! What can I say about Julia? Well, she was probably one of the main reasons that I had the wedding of my dreams!!! She and her partner Mike were absolutely AMAZING the day of my wedding; and all the days leading up to the wedding! Not only did they meet with us several times before the wedding, but she was constantly texting and emailing me to make sure everything was getting taken care of! I don’t know what my husband and I would have done without Julia and Mike the day of our wedding! I was also having some anxiety before the wedding and she made sure to give me a hug and calm me down and I really appreciate that!!! I will definitely be recommending Julia and Mike to my friends and family for any events! Thank you!!!

Julia your letter meant the world to me, it was so beautifully written. I cant find the proper words to show my appreciation but I will try my best. From the moment we met there was an aura about you that I just connected with. You have such an easy going personality that made me feel comfortable and at ease to just be myself. You have such a high caliber that is one of a kind.
Weddings are extremely stressful and I admire the energy you give to go through it every weekend. On the morning of our wedding day I remembered this… You taught me the importance of weddings, to always keep in mind that it is not the details nor materialistic things that matter, it is about the union of two people who love one another and sharing that love to the the important people in our lives. It is these words that kept me balanced and for that I am extremely grateful.
Our wedding day was everything we could ever imagine. We are not perfect people but that day it was just perfect. We owe a big part of that to you. Thank you for being a friend and not making it just a job. You have been so supportive from the start. I am truly blessed to have met you and had the pleasure of having you part of our big day. Thank you for the tears, the laughter and most of all for welcoming us into your heart.
Side note: thank you Mike for all the help during our special day. Thank you for the wonderful compliments that just made our day even better. I felt like my head was getting bigger with each compliment but you kept it coming lol. You guys are such a great team. I’m definetly overwhelmed with all the love and kindness you showed us. Julia is an awesome, talented, energetic and super professional wedding coordinator! She made the whole day stress free and was so easy to work with. I adore her sense of humor, openness and fun personality. Julia had everything under control, she communicated info to vendor very well, and was quick to adapt to changes to the timeline. She’s very professional, and organized, two traits that are very crucial to being a fabulous wedding coordinator. She’s one of those fun and positive people that you love hanging out with. I would definitely recommend Julia to any future brides!

Ms. Julia has it down. She is poised, professional, punctual, and perfect. She is also an effective problem solver when there is just too much too think about and not enough brain space. She evaporates all of your stress and worry from the moment you sign up with her to the last thing she packs up in her car after your big day is over. Seriously, she stayed with me until 2 am on my big day. Also, she is really good as consoling emotional brides. She always has a hanky handy. I owe a tremendous thanks to her partner Mike for helping my big fat Armenian family create the wedding of our dreams. Oh! I must mention they have experience with many ethic backgrounds so they get that each culture has their own flair and way of doing things. They will not only work within the perameters of your cultural standards but enhance the experience as well. Bottom line, Serendipitous Events or bust.

Five stars are just not enough to praise Julia for her hard work, creativity, dedication and professionalism as a wedding planner! From our first phone contact to our first meeting, I felt immediately calm by her personality. She is fun, personable and knows her stuff. My husband and I clicked with her right away in our meeting, and she was so helpful through out the entire planning process. Even though she was the day of coordinator she listened to us, asked a lot of great questions, and truly guided us through the whole process. Even when challenging situations arose during the big day she resolved them peacefully. The big day went off without a hitch! We were truly able to relax and take it all in without a worry, and we owe much of that to Julia. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking to make their experience enjoyable.

Julia was the month-​of coordinator for my wedding, and let me just say, it wouldn’t have turned out half as well without Julia there to guide and organise it all! Julia has a wonderful eye for detail and such class in both style and spirit! She is incredibly easy to work with. I had a general idea of the theme/​style I wanted for my wedding, and she helped me narrow it down to something that really embodied my & my husband’s personalities. Our friends & family all agreed that our wedding was «so us». Her patience and calming attitudes and words did wonders when I was on-​edge and frazzled the week before and morning of the wedding. My husband and I and our families were all impressed with Julia’s ability to anticipate our needs and wishes. I’m a perfectionist for details, and having Julia there was like having my clone decorate downstairs as I got my hair & make-​up done. The candles and greenery were placed perfectly around the venue, the linens and tables and table settings were arranged just as I’d envisioned… the whole things was perfect, and I know we have Julia to thank for that completely! I’m a professional photographer and have worked with Julia on several events.
Whether it be a small wedding or big scale corporate event, Julia is amazing to work with and also to work for. She’s professional, organized and easy going. She always goes above and beyond what is required of her. In fact, she’s the kind of person who will pick up other people’s slack just to make sure the event goes smoothly. We love working with Julia! She works so hard to make sure everything turns out perfect for her clients and never loses sight of treating people with kindness and respect.

I’d give Julia 10 stars if possible. Julia was the coordinator for our November wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. She is one of those rare kindred spirits who you feel like you have known for ages upon meeting her! Our families LOVED her! She helped out with everything from the planning process, the itinerary, all the details & and checklists, etc. She help set the agenda for our rehearsal, and on the day of, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She has impeccable taste. Being that we didn’t know what we were doing, she had great advice from everything regarding venue set up, logistics, how to wear my veil, etc.
Julia is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with all things wedding-​related. On top of that, she is also incredibly organized, reliable and professional in every way. Because of her help, we truly were able to focus on enjoying the day, our loved ones, and each other, rather than worrying about managing dozens of minute details. In retrospect, I can’t imagine doing it without her! If you’re unsure about the idea of a wedding planner (as I was), do yourself a favor and hire Julia immediately. You won’t regret it!

Julia was born for this business! We initially hired her as a day-​of coordinator, but she really does much more than we ever expected. On top of being highly organized and patient (because I am equally organized and a bit of a control freak), she remains calm and collected throughout. I’ve attended and participated in MANY weddings where I see the coordinators fall apart or get overwhelmed. I was so concerned about having a point person as organized as myself for the day of and after meeting with Julia the week before the wedding, I had absolutely NO WORRIES – and easing my mind from relinquishing control is no easy task! That’s how much I trusted her. It really helped me kick back and relax the morning of so I could enjoy my day. On top of being extremely attentive with my husband and I, she was equally as wonderful towards our wedding party, friends, and family in attendance. Highly recommended and I am so thankful for all her help at our wedding this past weekend! It was perfect.

I was fortunate enough to meet my God-​send, Julia, for my wedding at the Norris Pavilion. She was by far my favorite wedding vendor. She took care of all the table settings, food, wait staff, chairs, dessert table decorations, and gave me fantastic wedding referrals. She singlehandedly made my wedding reception so beautiful, and I thank her for that. There were many details that I had forgotten about, like the table number chart and stage lights (very important stuff), and Julia had it all covered. I felt like I was in good hands, and she made me feel so comfortable because she was always true to her word and so reliable and kind through the whole process! She is an amazing, talented, creative person who has fresh, elegant taste and she knows how to deliver concept to reality. I would recommend her to anybody! She is a true professional!

I recently DJed a wedding that Julia planned, and she was fantastic!
As a vendor it was a serious pleasure working with someone so organized, professional, flexible, and friendly.
It’s rare to find a planner who understands everything involved with a successful event — from the venue, to the caterers, photographers, videographers, florists, make up artists. etc… so much going on. I saw her navigate between so many tasks at hand, checking in on everyone, and ensuring a successful event. Julia’s got it under control!

We just got married two weeks ago and I could not begin to describe how I feel about Julia and how thankful I am to have met her! She is absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond for us and was there every step of the way during the most stressful time of our lives. Our wedding was so PERFECT and she had a lot to do with it! I can go on and on about the amazing work she does but pictures say it all. I will definitely recommend her to anyone planning ANY event:)
