This place has earned my gratitude and respect. They are some of the nicest and most professional people in the business. My daughter was diagnosed with a very rare condition called XP that makes her extremely sensitive to ultraviolet light. Frank worked with 3M to donate both the film and his labor to put protective film on the windows of our family car. This was incredibly generous. It is hard to find businesses like that. Even without the donation, the pricing is very competitive and fair for what you get. He keeps is costs low so that he can offer you a reasonable price. The installer was terrific and he did an absolutely beautiful job. He clearly likes what he does and takes pride in it. The craftsmanship is top notch and my daughter does not need to have her face covered while we drive places now. The car is UV free, my daughter is thrilled, and I have a great looking car! Thank you to Frank and his crew.

This company is amazing! I needed four windows in my home tinted. They came to my house to measure and give me a quote. The salesperson was very knowledgable and throughly explained the various tints, the benefits and the warranty. When the installer came he was very professional, experienced and had the windows done quickly. He explained the cleaning process and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend this company.

I have worked with Tint Factory twice over the last 5 years and have been most impressed both with their customer service and with their installation. For my service this week, I needed some product replaced (not their fault, mine). I could not find my paperwork from the job and Frank couldn’t find it in their system. However, without my asking, he called the manufacturer to see if they had the needed information from my job years ago. Yep, not only were they able to track it down, but he also got it covered by warranty. This was certainly above and beyond what I expected. Then Frank showed up within 24 hours, replaced the film, cleaned up behind himself and installed it perfectly. Needless to say, I’ll use them again.

They will damage your car!!! Their work is very unethical. this place should be closed down. The material they use is very cheap material. Do not go here unless you want cheap work with a chance of damage to your car. I would give this place a negative star if I could!

Service is horrible. I had my wraps done here. The next day everything pealed off. I had bubbles everywhere. While they were wrapping my car the employ would stand on my car to do the job witch is unacceptable. On the corners of my car they tried to tape the wrap on thinking I won’t see it and when I took it back to get them redone the owner laughed because I was frustrated. They didn’t apologize or show any sign of apology. They redid my car and were about to give it back to my with bubbles on the wrap when I told them I want my money back. I’ve had my car for less that a week and after giving it to them I had a dent on the side of my car and 2 by the windshield. They don’t know what they are doing at all. Very very very poor service.

Been a customer since 2011. Had all the windows on my 3 series tinted with 3m tint as well as my rear taillights. Robert did an incredible job and it came out perfectly. Everyone is very polite and the customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Brought my car in with prior notice. Was given a 2 hour window for them to complete the job. Ended up being a 4 hour job. Understandable, based on the fact that there was prior tint on the car. This business was given 3 stars due to the fact that the owner was a complete jerk. He was very rude and unprofessional. Seemed to act like talking to us was not something he wanted to do. I think he needs an etiquette class. Everyone else who worked there was very pleasant. I will not recommend anyone to come here. Unless you would like to be talked down to by the owner. My Windows have a few bubbles here and there, I’ve had better tint before at a cheaper price.

I’ve had four different cars tinted here. Each and every time they have been punctual and the car was finished with no flaws at time promised. I went with 35 and 20 in the back, perfect.

I had some windows tinted in my house. When the installer was done I pointed out numerous air bubbles. He said this was normal and they would go away within 30 days. When the bubbles were still there 90 days later I contacted Tint Factory and asked them to fix the bubbles. They said they would send someone out to look at them and would contact me to set up an appointment. I never heard from them again.

Hands down these guys are the Best in the industry! I have been doing work with Frank and the Tint Factory since 2001. Listen… I hate all things related to fixing or improving cars because dealing with the car people can be such a pain… BUT Tint Factor had a woman up front that knew her stuff and walked me through my options, then the fellas and I had good laughs. The service was just the icing on the cake because my tint job was PERFECT! The handed me a LIFETIME warranty when I paid and that was reassuring. Definitely recommend these folks for good honest service, no up selling or making you feel bad about NOT spending your retirement, and QUALITY WORK. Oh… and FREE WI-​FI!

It’s always nice to talk to someone who doesn’t try to sell you the most expensive package. They listened to my needs and addressed them efficiently and professionally — excellent friendly attitude from my initial call to when I pulled into their stall. As for the tint itself, I didn’t stick around to see what they did but it turned out great and that’s all that matters with a lifetime guarantee.

Since 2005 I’ve brought five cars over to Frank and George to have tinted. George recommended the 3M Color Stable tint when I first brought in my 2005 G35 coupe, and I’ve only been using that tint ever since. Not a single one of my cars have had any issues with the tint job they’ve received from these guys: no fading, no bubbling, no peeling, no discoloration, nothing. All of the tints have looked as good as new over the years.
Frank and George are low key and friendly and they and their crew are true professionals. I recently brought in my 2010 Audi S4, and they once again did a fantastic job. Frank even took the time to show me some of the work he has done on some incredible project cars. Believe me, tinting windows is just the tip of the iceberg. They can do full body film wraps on your car that will look as good as a pro paint job, only it’s better because the film can be removed. Or if you don’t want to go that extreme, they can black out specific pieces of trim and molding to give your car a more aggressive look. Frank was cool enough to black out my rear Audi symbol for free just to show me what he can do.
I will definitely be going back to these guys with every new vehicle that I acquire. They carry only the best quality 3M tints and their crew are all top notch. Great job, Tint Factory!
