This place is great for parking! Whenever me and my bros hit Pine and Crane or the farmers market. THIS IS THE PLACE TO PARK FOR FREE! The delivery guys are cute, especially the latin boys with their cool hair and muscles!

I had come here after walking out of that horrible picnic sandwich shop down the street. From the moment I walked in I was given acknowledgement from the handsome young Cashier which is rare when you look like me and live in LA but I digress. I padded over to the deli where the pretty lady working over there took my order and and answered all my questions very politely. I got the Tuna sandwich it was great just the right amount of mayo and a very filling size. I felt the price for it was fine and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. Didn’t have to deal with a crazy lunch crowd and it was 1 o’clock! And they have ample parking.

This is a grocery store? They hardly ever have what I need and the staff acts like I’m in the way when they are running up and down the aisles with their carts.

They have some things going for them but the raise to $ 5.99 delivery is too high. Plus, when gas was at $ 4/​gallon they added a fuel surcharge and of course it remains despite the price of gas being at $ 2.50. In addition to the prices being convenience store level inflated you also get nailed on all these charges (and don’t forget the tip!) putting the cost of the order well over the top. I ordered from them a lot more when delivery costs were lower and there were no extra fees. Now it’s a once in a blue moon emergency situation.

This grocery chain is quite small, is lacking a myriad of options, and is overpriced. For better quality and prices and company consciousness, I prefer Trader Joe’s, the same brands cost less, makes no sense to shop here unless you enjoy wasting money.

I have a love hate with
. It’s very convenient, who doesn’t love getting groceries delivered within 30 minutes. The delivery people are very nice, no complaints there.
All items are incredibly marked up in price. With that a delivery fee around $ 5 plus tax is usually $ 2-​$ 3 and then a tip for the delivery person. It kind of feels like robbery lol. That being said, if you need something quick and value convenience it’s a great service.

I really dig this place. They have a couple of really solid sandwich/​salad options, which are pretty reasonably priced. I’ve never used their delivery service, which people seem to have complaints with.
I consider it a convenience store plus: The prices are a tad higher (in most cases than the grocery store), but it’s conveniently located, smaller, but quicker.
Almost all of the staff are really cool, too. Very nice, friendly, and helpful.

This is a review of their delivery service. I have placed delivery orders around 5 – 6 times. I don’t have much experience going into the store itself.
The idea here is excellent but I have 2 main criticisms:
1. Their inventory system seems almost always incorrect. I have never placed an order that did not need to be amended with a phone call from them. This is understandable but undermines the convenience.
2. I have never received every item that I have ordered. Usually this is 1 – 5 items missing from the order that are still on the receipt, meaning I still paid for them. Sometimes it’s that I ordered some number of things, say 2, but only receive 1 because they didn’t mind the quantities. Other times items are simply absent. This can be easily remedied with a phone call, but again undermines the convenience. Usually I’d rather just get on with my day.
Everyone seems nice and friendly and 30 minute delivery is spectacular but they have to get their inventory management and delivery quality up to a higher standard.

. Days when I cant hit the grocery store. I call in a quick order and within thirty minutes they are there with all the goods I need. So easy, prompt, and friendly.

Fresh food, quick and easy … Very nice people taking the orders for delivery. Large orders are carried into kitchen, if desired. Worth a nice tip.

Very convenient place for me to run and in and grab some last minute groceries, lunch or just an Yerba Matte tea. They have a decent selection of goods and offer a delivery service (which I would never use) but always a good option! The items here however are a bit overpriced in comparison to a Vons or Trader Joes so I only stop by when I don’t want to drive to another grocery store.
The other thing I love about Yummy is that they have a very good sandwich/​salad bar made fresh for you. I love the turkey sandwich there, it comes with turkey, cheese, mixed greens, tomatoes and any other ad-​ons you might want. The Chinese chicken salad they make is decent — wayyyyyyy too many peanuts on top which was a bit overwhelming and I literally had a can of peanuts at the bottom of my container when I finished! They also have fresh baked cookies, baguettes and a wide selection of other sandwiches.
There’s a nice outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your food and also a free parking lot on the side of the building!

I have a love/​hate relationship with
and it’s making my life so difficult. I love the convenience of getting home, putting on my ‘nighttime pants’, and having a delicious salad and a bottle of wine delivered to my home.
I do not love multiple calls informing me they are out of the things I ordered.
I really really do not love getting a half-​sized salad delivered when I’ve ordered a full-​sized salad because I AM HUNGRY AND WANTS LOTS OF SALAD. But truly, the most annoying part about this is that YOU CAN’T EVEN ORDER HALF SALADS ONLINE. It’s simply not an option. So I paid for a large salad and received a tiny salad. And when I called to let them know their error, they acted super confused and could not wrap their yummy brains around my yummy problem. I told them they could just credit me back the price difference but they insisted on bringing me another salad. A full 30 minutes later (over an hour after I had placed the original order) I received my full size salad. The delivery driver actually made me exchange the smaller salad for the larger one. I mean, come on.
Aside from the online shenanigans they’ve got going on, actually going into this store is like entering one of Dante’s circles of hell. You’re not only shopping alongside other customers, but also alongside actual yummy employees, filling online orders. Do they act like employees, all helpful and shit? NO, OF COURSE NOT. They’re pushy and rude and all are all, like, 12 years old. I have actually had one of their employees quickly reach in front of me to take the last Gingerade Kombucha before I could put it into my basket. I’ve also had a girl at the deli counter tell me to «hold on a second» so she could finish flirting with a fellow employee. It was vomit inducing, and I don’t think he was into her.

Wow! What a clean store. It smells so good in here. I’ve had a couple of their sandwiches from the deli section and they are always good. My fave is the BLT. What I love best about this place is that they have cool haus ice cream sandwiches. I don’t have to hunt down the truck or go to their brick and mortar stores. Score. The check out lady has always been friendly as well as everyone else I have to deal with. I used to use the one in WH when I lived over there now and I surely will be using this one. Love this place!

I like that this place has a deli section where you can get fresh salads and sandwiches made. Obviously
is really more for deliveries but it’s nice that you can go in there and buy groceries. They don’t have everything but they do have a little bit of everything so that’s nice. This is the only real grocery store in the area that I saw along with Trader Joe’s and maybe if you get food at the $.99 store. So it’s a nice option to have right in the heart of the cute area. This place looks brand-​new. Staff is friendly and nice and everything looks clean.

A more pricy option than the 99c store across the street, but with an equally strange name.
is a pseudo-​local neighborhood market with all of the essentials. It’s Reminiscent of the Pink Dot in Beverly Hills and they have a similar grocery delivery service. It’s not the kind of market you go for an overhaul of goods but for the kind of shopper who might need to pick up some eggs last minute to top offthat casserole.
Their sandwich station is pretty good. Seven dollars for a sandwich. The spicy chipotle chicken is my favorite. Friendly staff.
More than a corner store and not quite a local grocer it’s an interesting approach to the market market. A bit pricey.

I enjoy being able to order whole fresh fruit for delivery. The fresh salad is good. Great selection of vegetarian dishes.

The Victory Garden Sandwich and Pesto Chicken are my faves from the deli. They also have a very generously portioned fruit salad that is just beautiful.

I used to use
when I lived in WeHo. Silverlake’s yummy is equally amazing. Although it’s a tiny little place, they always seem to have the right stuff. I’m amazed. I ain’t gonna tell you what I order because I’m not trying to be competing with fools over my wish list.
I love that you can walk in or have it delivered for five bucks. Just make sure you tell them ahead of time if you’re paying with anything over $ 20. Oh, and if you order produce from them, request unblemished fruits or veggies, otherwise, they’ll send the gnarly stuff over.

Normally I do not write negative reviews, but this legitimately upset me as a consumer. I placed an order at 3:30 pm for a delivery to be scheduled between 930 – 10 pm that night. So mind you there were six hours of prep time for this order that I already paid for. At around 9:55 I get a call from someone there saying they were out of one of the items. Okay no problem don’t charge me. (But maybe figure this out a bit more in advance?). The delivery person doesn’t come until 10:25 pm (almost 30 minutes late and this was scheduled –I repeat– 6 hours in advance) and an item was missing from my order.
I called the store to let them know and the receptionist or whoever answered the phone said someone could go out and get the missing item to me. At that point it was almost 11 so I said «you guys were a little late and I need to get up early tomorrow so please refund me the amount of the missing item» to which she replied «we were busy» and hung up. Terrible customer service. Letting people know that when your business is successful, you will not be able to do things well only tells me you don’t have your shit together. Also no apology for being late? For getting my order wrong? No goodbye? You hang up on people when you fail to uphold your end of the requested service? Customer lost.
