I have used Brian to help me with my computer needs for years, and I can’t recommend his services enough! He is very knowledgeable and efficient, and there hasn’t been an issue that he hasn’t been able to solve. He has saved our family countless times by installing new hard drives, resetting computers, and wiping out viruses. He recently installed a new SSD drive on my 4 year old computer, and it now works better than it did when I bought it!

I have used CSI now for 7 years. They manage my network at my office, my phone systems that are IP based, Server maintenance, client profiles and management, networking, etc. They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs, especially on a emergency basis. They log in remotely and solve many issues that arise from computer software maintenance to repair and troubleshooting. They are an essential element to my firms success and I highly recommend them to any business that requires efficient computer systems as an important part of their daily business model.

I called Brian yesterday with a problem with my computer and he helped me immediately with the urgent issue, and then did a remote-​service after hours so that he wouldn’t interrupt my productivity. Wow, what a difference — my computer is twice as fast as it was and the initial problem is completely handled. He really gave me excellent service!

I called CSI twice in the last month and both times they were quick to respond. One time our company internet was completely down and they had someone on-​site within the hour to look at everything and get us back up and running. Great response time and very knowledgeable.
