Grace Tsang – Intero Real Estate

Unfortunately this agent is extremely unethical. I would think twice about doing business with her. She presented us with a California Association of Realtors addendum form for the purchase of a home, had ALL parties (buyers and sellers) sign and agree to the terms, and then didn’t honor it. Her combined written and verbal agreement means nothing. Overall, she was very misleading during the entire process.

Thank you Grace for your wonderful customer service and attention to detail! She’s a pleasure to work with because I know I can count on her to have her client’s best interests in mind from beginning to end.
Towards the end of the transaction, Grace was on vacation without reliable phone and internet access. Something last minute came up, and she went above the call of duty to respond and help get everything straightened out.

Grace was awesome to work with! She helped me come a first homebuyer in the Saratoga/​San Jose area. Grace consistently helped me find the things I was looking for in a house. I first thought I would look for a condo or small town house, but eventually she helped me realize what I was really looking for was a single family home. Throughout the process she was very responsive to all my inquiries on certain open houses that I noticed and researched each perspective area thoroughly. Once I decided on a single family home, she was very informative and efficient in the bidding process (which we went through maybe 4 different times). Overall, Grace is friendly, responsive, and knows her stuff!

Grace recently helped us sell our beloved house in Sunnyvale. She was very professional, efficient and gave lots of one-​on-​one attention. Before putting the house in the market she created an Intero portfolio of our house which included a comparative analysis of all the recently sold houses in the area. After deciding on a smart listing price, she helped stage the house with outside professional opinion and hired an amazing photographer/​videographer to showcase our house. The final pictures looked like they were from a magazine!
Because of all the prep work we had over 200+ parties visit during the broker tour and 2-​day open house. The end result… many fantastic offers and a sold price for 25% over listing price. Unbelievable!
What I appreciated the most was the attention to detail and the updates throughout the process via emails and phone calls. She made our experience smooth and anxiety-​free. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends for future selling and buying.

Grace helped me get my first home! She was very patient to find the right home for me and was very helpful to filter the choices so it was easier to decide. Even though there were some houses that didn’t fit me, she was persistent in finding something that did. She was also very good at presenting the facts and being impartial when it came to those grey areas during my search and through the bidding process.
