BayCare Pediatrics was previously known as South Bay Children’s Urgent Care, which has been open since 2000.

Rasheeda A.
Business Owner
I grew up in Hong Kong and attended Medical school in Bristol, England. I trained at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital, before moving to the Bay Area. I studied Epidemiology at Stanford University and then did my Pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital, in Washington, DC. Since returning to the Bay Area, I have worked in various busy private practices, before focusing on Pediatric Urgent Care when I joined South Bay Children’s Urgent Care. Since South Bay Urgent Care has expanded to BayCare Pediatrics and to providing preventive pediatric care, I am very excited to have set up a private practice and getting back to my true passion — Preventive care in babies, children and adolescents. I am relocating this summer to West San Jose as «Ally Pediatrics» to continue on my own, in solo private practice.
