Established in 2011.

As a «Certified Chef» and a native of New Mexican, Chef DJ decided it was time to share his art of cooking and training to the public by way of a «restaurant on wheels», hence the name «Chicken n’ Chiles» on wheels. «What time is it?»…“it’s time for chicken n’ chile”!. New Mexico chilies and the «healthy chicken»…it just don’t get any better than that. Restaurant locations soon to follow in Albuquerque and Rio Ranchos. Come enjoy the Chicken n’ Chile experience.
