Best place in the whole Tri-​City area! Very nice people and willing to go beyond what’s needed if necessary to make you a satisfied customer. They also have a good turn around time. I would recommend this place to anyone. I give this place a 10 Star rating.

I recently dropped off my wedding gown to be cleaned after our apartment building burned down. Stena was able to get the smoke smell out of the dress and removed the stains, the dress looks brand new. The customer service was wonderful and it was a quick turnaround getting my dress back. Highly recommend.

I switched to Stena dry cleaners several months back after I had accidentally left a pair of my great grandfather’s cuff links in a shirt that went to my old cleaners. (I had been a customer there for years. At least five dress shirts per week.) These 19^th century heirlooms did not come back. (I was heart broken that I had been so careless but equally furious that someone there could be so dishonest.
Since I switched to Stena I have been nothing but pleased. There service is excellent; their hours are very customer friendly; and they take old-​fashioned pride in their work. They have an incomparable attention to detail.
That said, in comparison, some of heir prices are higher and some equal to their competition. While I would prefer to pay less for my shirts I don’t mind paying a little more for the quality and service – and honesty.
I have also used their Erica’s tailoring service which is embedded in the facility and been equally pleased. NB Erica’s is a cash only business.

I use this place as my regular dry cleaners. I should start out by saying that I would get everything in my closet dry cleaned if I could afford it. This place is dependable, offers a quick turn around, and will work hard to. Get the stains out of your clothes. I have an obsession with silk shirts and have managed to stain most of them over the years. They have tirelessly worked to get each stain out. Pricing is moderate, but you get what you pay for. Definitely would recommend this family run business.

They got it right again: pants by the waist band! I am a sold and happy customer.
