If I could give no stars I would. The business clearly doesn’t understand customer service. Mike and Karen, both rude. Will only schedule times that are convenient for them, as I was specifically told their movers will only show up early, and they would not do anything later than nine am. The movers were 20 minutes late, but I was charged for the full time. No apologies, or even acknowledgment of being late was a problem. I was trying to save money, since their price was cheaper, and that was not smart. I will pay the extra money for a better company next time.

Fantastic service and price. Had a crew out to move furnishings from one home to another 9 miles away. The crew worked hard and quick, took great care with our belongings and big homes to avoid any damage. Everything in the truck was properly secured and protected. They arrived 30 minutes late because they took a wrong turn but called immediately. Paid by the hour for 3 men and the truck plus one hour for travel time
