Dedicated to showcasing artistic talent from Louisville and surrounding areas, Revelry is a local boutique and gallery that offers fresh art, jewelry and home décor. Each month they showcase new works with festive receptions that welcome the entire community to engage with the arts. They also have a room devoted especially to screen prints and photography, showcasing a wide variety of concepts. Their range of works is inspiring and affordable, lending itself to all who are interested in taking home something memorable. At Revelry, there is always something fresh and exciting to behold!

Established in 2010.

Mo McKnight Howe came in as a partner in early 2011.

Paula left in 2012 to pursue her dreams in California.

Mo now remains at Revelry with Team Rev.

Mo McKnight Howe is a photographer, artist, environmentalist, and owner of Revelry Boutique Gallery in Louisville, KY. Mo works with the visual design and media teams for the Forecastle Festival and Foundation. She is on the Board of Directors for the Louisville Independent Business Alliance (LIBA), Louisville Visual Art Association (LVAA), and the Kentucky Natural Lands Trust (KNLT). All are are true to her passions in life; Art, music, the environment, buying local, Louisville and keeping it weird.

Revelry is a fun shop in the string of interesting boutiques and restaurants along this stretch if NuLu. I wandered in on a Friday night after an early dinner next door to do some pre-​Derby, window shopping.
They have a unique offering of fascinators and accessories to get you track ready. Plenty of handcrafted jewelry to complete casual and dressy outfits also available. I especially enjoyed the mix of gift items with a gallery setting in the back of the store. A Derby-​inspired show of buxom beauties by Twiggy is currently up.
My friend purchased an adorable fascinator with roses made from Maker’s Mark labels. We had seen a similar one while at the distillery earlier in April. We both agreed that it’ll be a conversation piece for many racing seasons and bourbon events to come.
I didn’t purchase anything this time, but will definitely be back. I love that you can go visit such a diverse cluster of boutiques within just a few blocks and then have cocktails or a great meal afterwards!

I’ve read the Unilocal reviews about this shop and I’m so glad I stopped in while in NuLu to discover all they have to offer. Everything is local to Louisville ranging from cute jewelry and art to baby bibs.

Just love this place. I think it touts over 50 local artists’ work? Whatever the case, if you are looking for an etsy store en vivo, here’s your jam. Hand crafted wood bottle balancer? –check! Quirky handmade jewelry? –check, check. Fun and flippant art work? Irreverent, local, colorful, sparkly? Check off all of that! And a store pooch. Nope, doesn’t get much better! It’s one of the must-​see boutiques if you’re only in the ‘ville for a day. You’re welcome.

I may be a little biased because my college pal owns the joint but dang it, Rev is one of the best galleries in town. They highlight some of the absolute best artists from all over. And their openings are lit. Never know when you’re going to walk into an open bar or hear an awesome DJ. The art is affordable and there is a lay away plan for some of the more expensive stuff. A great gallery with local flavor. You can’t beat that. Go there on your next gallery hop!

There were so many amazing things in this store I wanted. But I was able to contain myself. This is a great place to check out more local artists and crafters. Right now there is a great selection of Kentucky Christmas ornaments along with jewelry, art, décor and so much more. Was able to find some gifts for my family and some things for myself as well on this visit and will definitely be returning in the future.

Oh, Revelry — I just love it so much!
There are so many items that will catch your eye. Home goods, jewelry, art, other bits of randomness that you will just have to have.
If you only have an hour or so to spend in Louisville, this is a place that you should definitely come!
Mo, the owner, carefully curates an ever-​revolving selection of handmade goods — most of which are made in the Louisville area.
And of particular note is the fact that she does feature art. Many other gift shops around town might have a few pieces on their walls, but Revelry has entire back room devoted to it. And the art is often at very reasonable prices.
Revelry also regularly hosts artist openings and events. I love coming upon the store when it’s having an event and seeing a DJ spin in the front windows.
And oh those front windows! It’s hard for me to continue walking by them. They regularly contain displays that definitely warrant a second look.
Shopping for a friend? Shopping for a birthday? Shopping for kids? Shopping for the holidays? You will be able to find something here.

Revelry is the bomb. I mean the bomb diggity.
This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop for myself and for others. There is something in here for anyone. Lots of local artists crafts, jewelry, and artwork. Many of the items are well within my tiny budget. I’ve bought anything from jewelry, to Kentucky themed onsies, to framed artwork from a local artist, and all sorts of unique birthday gifts and cards for friends. Their packaging is cute enough to just hand over to the giftee, which makes Revelry a one-​stop shop if you need a quick present!
Plus, they often have open houses where you can meet and mingle with the artists displayed in the gallery. There is always free booze and a popular DJ spinning at these parties. A great way to start your weekend.
I can’t leave a review without mentioning Major, the dog mascot of the store. He is so sweet and loves a good pet!

Went from browsing to purchasing some really cool items; local artists, etc.
Lot of items felt over priced (paintings, etc). Nice set up, store looks great. My favourtie part; the dog (Major), made me decide I want a Golden Lab (looking when I get back…), he was also the reason we walked in and ultimately spent money! Smart on the stores part; put the most friendly, adorable dog ever in the storefront! :)

Revelry is definitely one of the best stores in Louisville! If you are looking for a gift for someone (or yourself), are a tourist and want a great souvenir, are on the hunt for unique art, or just about anything else, it’s a great place to stop. Conveniently located in NuLu on Market Street, this boutique gallery is one of my favorite places to shop for myself and others. I’ve gotten some really cute Louisville-​themed jewelry (including a necklace with the street grid of downtown Louisville and a ring with Louisville spelled out with the wire) here, which I wear very frequently.
Something else really cool about Revelry is the events they host. I follow their accounts on social media, and it seems like there is always something going on there. From gallery shows to pop up shops to networking events (like a University of Louisville networking happy hour last night – the owner is a UofL grad!), Revelry keeps things fun, current, and super cute! I highly recommend this great place.

In all seriousness, this place is adorable. This whole stretch down Market street is nice. Here’s my advice: Stop in please and thank you, get a cookie, next go put your idea on the Louisville bucket list, and don’t forget to go check Revelry out!

If ever I am in need of the perfect gift for myself or a friend, this is the store to which I turn. Oh, and if I want to buy modern, edgy artwork from local painters, this place is my jam.
They have a dog. Did you know that? It’s true. I think his name is Sergeant. I think. Or general. I know it’s not colonel sanders.

The store is newly relocated to E. Market street right next to Shelby street (between Please & Thank You and Taco Punk). I went in today for the first time and found a Mother’s Day gift for my mom.
Everything is made local, and all the artists they show in the gallery located in the back of the shop are local as well.
Super friendly staff — including the pup who greeted me at the door. I will be back when I have to urge to buy cute jewelry or awesome local art!

Shopped here for the first time today and loved everything about it.
Lots of selection. And a great print art section. There is an area in the back where they showcase a local artist (which I believe changes every month).
They could use more items for men (jewelry and such), specially, however the helpful employee there told me they were specifically working on that very issue and had lots of men’s items coming in soon.
Everything is wonderful about this quaint store and worth checking about. Lots of selection and lots of reasonable prices, which you wouldn’t expect when it comes to artisan items.

I’ve been to several of the art opening shows at Revelry and they do not disappoint. This gallery lets shoppers meet the artist and offers unique pieces at reasonable prices. You can’t find that anywhere else in Lou! The handmade items are wonderful too. I’ve bought gifts for friends, jewelry and artwork for myself, and even some Pawkets for my pups! There are always new things to see in the shop and the employees are super helpful.

Prices can be wide ranging. Most of the reviews here praise the low prices, but it seems everything I picked up yesterday was way on the high side for what I would think about paying for them.
It was fun to look around though. I did end up buying a necklace as a gift that was decently priced. My intent was to find a nice fancy card for mother’s day to send to my mom, but there weren’t any cards anywhere.

Revelry and Regalo right next to each other. Wow what bad news for my wallet — even with their awesome prices! This is a great shop to grab gifts for any female. Yup, pretty much any one. Beautiful jewelry, amazing and surprisingly reasonably priced art work. Derby stuff, Louisville soaps, and all sorts of fun. They will put it in a nice gift wrap for you and even the soaps had these nice touches with pretty bags and little horseshoe tags.
This store is what my house would look like if I was a little bit cooler. I should have had my place decorated from only stuff here.
