I’ll be honest, I actually didn’t anything done here, but I went with my boss twice to drop off and pick up, so I can speak to some things!
The guy who does the repairs is extremely friendly and quick to serve. You come in, tell him what you want, drop off shoes, set a date to pay, and pay.
When we picked up my bosses heels today, they replaced the plastic portion of the heel, which was worn. He also buffed and polished the front of the heel where the leather had been worn. They looked really good considering the condition she dropped them off in. All that for $ 10! It was worth the money to save $ 100 pair of shoes.
