History

Established in 2009.

A New View began in 2009 as a side-​business for the owners, Dan and Erica Hall. In July 2009 Dan quit his full-​time job in retail management to run A New View full-​time.

The locally owned business is proud that it now supports six full-​time employees, while continuing to offer friendly, flexible and professional service, and beautiful, clean windows year-​round.

Business Owner

Dan and Erica Hall are long time Fort Collins/​Loveland residents. Dan graduated from Colorado State University in 2005. The couple met in 2003 while working together at Mervyn’s Department Store in Fort Collins.

They have three beautiful children, Gabriel, Asher and Ellie, and attend church at Resurrection Fellowship in Loveland.

Great Service. They gave me proposal which was very fair. Then when they arrived (a bit early which was great) they walked through the house and I made changes to what was proposed. They had no problem with that and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called these guys, spoke to the owner of the company and gave me an appointment a week out. I admit, my windows were filthy. Very professional– respectful of my home, wore booties over their shoes (not that they needed to), reviewed bid with me before work started, and did everything right. Great job on the windows and screens! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

The entire process, from quote to cleaning was professional and pleasant. I got a quote from a competitor that was about $ 10 less, but I was so impressed with the gentleman that came to do our quote and the great reviews on line that I went with A New View. I was glad I did. The crew showed up on time and went to work. They even started in my daughters room first since she needed to go down for a nap not long after they arrived. Very happy with the results. I’ve highly recommended them to neighbors and friends.

Promptly provided same day service at a fair price. I have a two story townhome with a large cathedral and multiple picture sized windows. They came with three professionally dressed workers who worked from ladders (not from ground level as do some cleaning services). Everything was inspected by the owner/​operator and redone as needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
