Jump On In

Kids are having a blast /​only 1 party going on while we are here so not really busy now but they have a group of parties today. The kids are running and jumping then repeat!

I just attended my grandson’s fourth birthday party here. I read the reviews and I found the place a super fun spot for children. The staff met me at the door and helped me carry in our party supplies. You sign a waiver when you get in, which is typical of a business like this. The place is clean. The staff were so nice and helpful. They do everything for you so the host or hostess can have fun with their child and guests. Adults were having a fun time too. It is a great place to have a birthday party or other type of celebration. The children had a ball. This is what children like to do, jump, slide, climb etc. We brought in a piñata and bags to use for their treasures which was fun and easy to do because you have the party room for your party only. Don’t let any negative reviews deter you from coming. It was a great party, children were having fun and no stress on the parents. The smile on my grandson’s face when he was heading home was priceless! That’s all that matters.

We had our son’s 7^th bday here & the staff was amazing! I was so unorganized & kept making changes to our party package & they never got annoyed or inpatient with me & they were very accommodating & they handled EVERYTHING. It was the easiest/​best birthday party we’ve had so far!

Thank you for another stress-​free birthday party! This was our third party there and everything went like clockwork. The kids had a blast. The staff was friendly and organized so I was able to actually enjoy my son’s party, as did the rest of the parents. The facility is clean and we love the new equipment!

My kids had a ball!!! So fun, clean, energetic. The staff were friendly and well put together. The rooms were better then expected. I have a 10, 7 and 5 year old and were sweatballs coming out of there they had so much fun. I would go back anytime!!! Great place!!!

I had my daughters 2^nd birthday here over the summer! It was a great place to have a birthday party. The two rooms are filled with lots of fun jumping and climbing structures for the kids to have fun with. We had a variety of ages, 1 year to 6 years and all of the kids had a great time. They even had a toddler/​baby area. The parents also had fun climbing and jumping and we all really appreciated the fact that we could assist our children.
The staff was great. They were super helpful and allowed me to bring in drinks, snacks, cake, ice cream and centerpieces. They helped set up my centerpieces, helped to hand out cake, they gave out goody bags and they also wrote down every gift my daughter received.
The play rooms were a bit dusty but looked clean! All of the kids had a good time! I would be happy to use Jump On In again for another birthday party!

Went to a birthday party for my friend’s 4 year old today at Jump On In. We had never been to one of these places before so we weren’t sure what to expect.
Upon arriving we did sign a small waiver saying we were responsible if O got hurt while playing (which I would imagine is typical for this type of place), then we headed into the party room. The room was clean and featured four different bouncy air-​filled toys. My daughter, who is 2.5 years old, seems nervous at first, but once she got the hang of it, she was off and running!
It is very cool that parents/​guardians are allowed to climb up and slide with kids as our 2.5 year old would NOT have been able to get up and down most of the slides on her own. Also it seemed they had some bouncies that were more designed for toddlers and some for older kids, so it was a great that kids of different ages could play.
After about 1.5 hours of play, we were escorted out to the party room for cake and pizza. I loved that the referree assigned to our room gave us foam hand sanitizer on the way out. The kids each got a little squirt as they headed into the room to eat.
Our favorite part — as the birthday boy opened his gifts, the staff at Jump On In wrote down what he got for gifts for his parents! Now, that’s awesome!!!
I defintely will go back to Jump On In for parties or even to host my daughter’s next bday. Seems like a great spot for this type of party and it tires all the kids out!
Remember to bring socks — you can’t wear shoes on the bouncy toys!

Today was my first experience with Jump on In in Lowell, MA. My cousin had a birthday party there and although I was reluctant to bring my toddler, I was assured by the staff that the place would accommodate small children. If you’d like any information from them though, you will only get a recording and they don’t promise to call you back within a certain length of time, just to «visit their website.»
We enter the building and are asked to sign a waiver (which is typical of these types of facilities) and my son runs into the room and has an absolute ball. They allow parents in the inflatable bouncers without a problem. From a toddler’s point of view, this place was 5 stars.
However, EVERYWHERE you looked there were mounds and mounds of dust. I could see it floating everywhere in the room. I have stayed up half the night tonight coughing and sneezing attempting to get all out all the dust I breathed into my lungs. The air quality was very poor, and I would not suggest this place for people with dust sensitivities.
The staff were all young teenagers that looked absolutely miserable to be there. Not one person I talked to seemed like they even LIKED kids, and probably shouldn’t be employed in a place that caters to them. These young kids had absolutely no people skills and even the manager was quite young.
To top it all off, they washed the floor right before the children entered the party room to eat cake and left the floor soaking wet. There was no «wet floor» sign to inform the parents and kids. When my son and I went into the room, he started walking toward the cake and fell flat on his face, bruising his nose and splitting open his top lip. I picked him up and he was bleeding from him nose and mouth. The staff there were less than courteous and did not offer to help in any way, did not show any sympathy for something that was CLEARLY their fault, and we barely even got the managers attention. My boyfriend had to ask for an ice pack and tissues because the staff was literally standing about 5 feet away staring at my son. This staff is NOT trained in safety measures for young kids, they do not treat children nicely, nor do they treat adults with respect.
Suffice it to say, even though my son was still bleeding when we left, they gave my cousin a whopping $ 20 discount and said «That’s all I can do.» The manager then explained we could contact the owner (which– in her words– NEVER comes to the facilities) and see what his response would be.
