Saying that the service at the Rogers St store is poor, that would be a compliment. It seams whenever I go there in the AM, there is no help at the counter.

It’s McDonald’s. Grading it against regular restaurants is unfair. Nobody is looking at Unilocal to see if they should go Mickey D’s or Ruth’s Chris. That said… As far as McDonald’s go, it’s pretty good. Service is quick and efficient. My orders have never been messed up, even if I ask for something«off standard». If you’re hungry for a quick bite, it’s worth a stop.

McDonalds what else can you say! This is a recently renovated location. Every time I’ve gone here the food is good the service is just as good. So far this is the best McDonalds I’ve to in a while.

This place is horrible, wicked unsanitary, slow at service and can never make anything right. There worse if you go at night.

They knocked the old restaurant down and built a new shiny one just in time for Christmas 2014. I went by the drive-thru at 10:30 p.m. the day of the grand re-opening on 12÷12÷14 and got a cheeseburger and apple pie. The cheese burger was luke warm on a stale bun, and the pie was cold. They young girl taking my order was friendly and upbeat. I also see they have that woman they call JD(manager on nights??) still working there. I was hoping they were not going to bring her back, but they did. I’ll go to the McDonalds on Plain Street in the future. Too bad, it’s a nice looking store.

It’s McDonald’s… when I forget my lunch I will stop by here and get some chicken nuggets. I do love the milkshakes but sometimes it has remnants of another flavor in it.

One of if not the first McDonalds in Massachusetts. I can remember this restaurant in the same location from decades ago. It originally had the double golden arch built into the building with limited if any seating. Today it is a typical McDonald’s experience with a touch of history if you grew up in the area. Remember back to a time when you had to seek out a fast food restaurant not find one on every corner.

I probably hit this drive-thru late at night at least once a week and the fries are always hit or miss. The 24 hour dollar menu is amazing when you don’t want to spend 8 dollars on a snack. Also, you can even eat in the place 24 hours a day, which I wish was available when I was younger and without a car and my local McDonald’s wouldn’t let us walk/ride a bike/rollerblade through the drive-thru.
