I called @ 5:30pm to ask about cleaning the carpet in my great room. It seemed like a good time since it had just been painted so all the furniture was out of the way. The owner, Don, at Texan Carpet Cleaning was extremely nice. He had 2 more jobs that evening and then was leaving town for his granddaughters high school graduation. So he gave me a phone number for someone else and told me to call back if they couldn’t do it. It was the cell # for a supervisor & when I told him Don had referred me, he made sure I was scheduled for the next morning. I was very impressed with the service even though he didn’t clean my carpet.

I just moved to Lubbock from California and I needed my carpets cleaned. I called Texan carpet cleaners and he is a very friendly, funny and timely professional. He had to come by twice, because the first time his machine broke down after he did two out of the three rooms. He told me to hold off with my payment till he can come back to finish. He is very honest and I will call them back for my next cleaning.

I called Don based on his reviews, and he was so very helpful. He wasn’t able to make it when I needed him because he was booked, but because of that he gave me tips and ideas on how to clean it temporarily and make it smell decent until he could come out. He told me to call me if I had any more questions. I definitely recommend him, and he also is VERY AFFORDABLE — unlike Carpet Tech! I would use him over and over just by talking to him.

Nice guy. We’ve had him clean our rugs & couches 3 times now. The steam cleaner did a good job cleaning up the stains on our rugs. It also did a good job cleaning our cloth couches and removing some odor in the cloth. His prices are reasonable and he was always pretty flexible with his time.
