The worst company in term of honesty. We went with them that’s my biggest Regret. I would not recommend them to friends and family. They broke a glass of painting and never acknowledged it. The Crew never reported Damages to management Wow !! Management is utterly kind to tell me that they were not there during the move, SERIOUSLY. Is it a JOKE ?? They believe that people would claim money for damage for as TriVial as $ 20 glass of painting. Really ?? People who try to get money out would claim BiG not a small damage. They lack work ethics, transparency and honesty. I Would Never Recommend to Anyone. What a disappointment.

I hired PMC based on a recommendation from the assisted living facility in Bellevue, to which I was moving my mom. They were able to move her furniture and all of her boxes on short notice, within a couple of days. That was a great benefit. Their quote was reasonable– within the range of some Angie’s List promotions from other movers. They were on time, polite, efficient, and great to work with. They were very attentive to detail, wrapping and protecting all corners of furniture. An apprentice did break a lamp by mistake– I’m sure the company will reimburse us. When they ran into some delays at the assisted living facility, they did not end up charging us for that extra time. That’s first class. I’d recommend them, and would use them again without second thought.
