Love this place, been coming to here for years. Everything on the menu is delicious and so affordable(3 meals under $ 20 bucks, you can’t beat that.) Chilaqules and frijoles de la olla are my go to meals. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Weekends do get busy, expect to wait.

Let me start out by saying that i am not a picky eater at all. I’ll eat pizza cold out of the fridge and tuna straight out of the can. With that being said, this place sucks. I took my wife there once and her plate was so hot she almost burned herself. The rice seemed to be reheated leftovers, probably from a few days ago, and what appeared to be canned beans and canned sauce on my enchiladas. a waitress sitting across from us was picking at her teeth with a toothpick in a very indiscreet way. The food was way too expensive for the poor quality. not worth it.

Had dinner there around 6:30 — 7:00 on a Sunday with my mom. The place was empty but we decided to go on in mainly because of my mom’s desire for un caldo. We were promptly asked for drink choices and meal choices. My mom ordered un caldo de res and I played it safe with their carne asada plate. The asada plate was OK, nothing to rave about. My mom said her caldo had good flavor and she was overall content. It seems like a «mom n pop» sort of place. I’d be interested to try their breakfast.

Very friendly staff. I came in there and felt like I was in my mom’s little town in Mexico. There was true Mexicans cooking the food, which was a relief. So far these are the best chilaquiles I’ve had. The place does need a lot of work. You had people fixing there cars in their drive way. The furniture was super old. It looked like only locals and regulars come here. I might stop again for the chilaquiles.

Best prices ever! Some real home made food! We got there and i ordered red chilaquiles. Theyre the bomb. They also have an «all you can eat» for 8.99! Full menu

To be honest I only come here to eat the same meal all the time. I have never ordered anything else but the carne asada plate with grilled onions, rice and beans. I also like their chips and salsa. The place does look ghetto but I still like to go. I have known this place since childhood and will be kind of sad if this place ever went out of business. The staff aren’t rude, in fact they seem very modest. I go every now and then when I don’t feel like cooking.

I wish there was a zero star option. Until now the worst mexican food place ever!!! There beans taste like boiled beans with no taste. No salt or any kind of refried taste. Their enchiladas look like enjitomatadas and taste horrible. Before we got our whole order i told her to cancel the rest of the food. She said we could not do that. I said the food does not taste good. I isaid i would offer to pay for the drinks and my daughters quesadilla and she said you might not be hungry and thats why the food is not good to you. I then said i now will not pay for anything and walked away and got my family and drove off. The worst service anywhere. Now we know why we were the only customers… if you were planning on trying this place. Dont do it, i just drove to tacos unicos and had a great dinner.
