We are Madison’s Professional and friendly repair shop. We work hard to make the experience of getting your Apple, Samsung, and Android mobile device repair as easy and pleasant as possible. With our Limited lifetime warranty on repairs, there is no need to worry. In the rare case you have a defective part after a repair, if it’s returned without damage, it will be replaced under the lifetime warranty for free. If the part installed has any damage to it, it will not be covered by the warranty.

There is never a diagnostic fee. We’ll fix it or you don’t pay. Every repair cost includes parts & labor. Most repairs done in under an hour (iPads can take several days). Open 6 days a week and until 7pm on weeknights.

We’re 1 mile west of the Hilldale Shopping Center. This means you can do some shopping or grab a bite to eat while we fix your device. Or, if you prefer, we try hard to create a pleasant store front for you to wait in. It includes free coffee/​candy, magazines, and friendly technicians.

History

Established in 2012.

JCD Repair began in 2007 in Seattle, WA, added it’s second location in Chicago, IL in 2009, and on May 7, 2012 we are opening our third shop in Madison, WI. June 2014 the Madison Shop was purchased by one of our Employees. The shop still offers the same great service and will continue to serve the Madison area for years to come.

Our top service is cracked iPad, and iPhone repair. While iPad repairs require 48 – 72 hours in our Madison shop, iPhone screen repairs can be done in about 40 minutes while you wait.
