This place is full of bed bugs!!! I don’t know how the Massachusetts board of health is allowing human beings to rent this place. I am a current tenant and have complained about bed bugs three times. The first time, they sent a man (supposedly an exterminator) in my absence. The bugs were still there the next day. The second time, I received no instructions on what to do before the exterminator showed up. After reading up online, I was prepared for the exterminator to spray and get rid of these bugs. I made sure I was at home when he comes.
He came. with some chemical and was looking to spray only around my bed. He was trying to tell me that I don’t have bed bugs even as I was showing him the bedbug bites all over my arm. I also showed him one bug I killed in the restroom. At first, he tried to tell me that it isn’t a bedbug but later admitted they followed me into the rest room. He sprayed the chemical around my mattress and box spring. He also sprayed in the rest room and left. I was okay for a night and then bugs came back two days later! The exterminator said he has been spraying bugs in that building for over 10 years. 10 years??? He is supposed to exterminate the bugs — not chase them out to the hall way so that they come right back in a day later!
I moved in in April (this is my third Month) and I am looking to move out as soon as possible. My body is full of bedbug bites. I can’t sleep all night in a place where I pay monthly rent. It is interfering with my performance at work. I now have to get rid of new mattress and box spring when I move out. This place is miserable! I am reporting them to Massachusetts board of health and/​or seek legal measures.

I wish I looked at all the complaints this rental property has online before moving in. It was fine during the Fall and Winter, but as soon as the weather gets warmer run for your life. This place is infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, and rats. Despite all the bad reviews on other websites the management will claim none of the other tenants have complained about the infestation. I had no choice, but to move out. I had bedbug bites over my entire body. My friend also moved out because of the rats.
