At Segreve and Hall Insurance we specialize in working with contractors for General Liability and Workers’ Comp. We have insured Lourenco @ LC Painting for close to 10 yrs. We find him to be professional and conscientious whenever we interact with him on various insurance matters. As a business owner he is concerned with having the proper insurance to protect his customers and his business.

I had a complete tear down to the studs for a house built in 1890. Lorenzo changed out 2 sets of stairs, moved the kitchen from the first floor to the second floor, opened the second floor and turned 2 small rooms and a dinky bathroom into a master bedroom, with master bath and a walk in closet. Plus he he redid all of the electrical work, put in central heat and ac, and new gas lines. All windows and doors were replaced. Still a few minor things to do but, I strongly recommend Lorenzo and his team. M

We contracted LC Painting & Construction to do a complete basement remodel. We are very satisfied with his work and enjoying our new living area daily. The project began with an unfinished space needing floors, walls, closets, a gas fireplace and flat ceiling. The result was better than we could have imagined. Moreover, Lourenco and his crew were at the house daily working on our project and didn’t hop from one job to another like others have been known to do. We had a crew working on the project non-​stop. We could not believe how quickly the job was done. Today, we have a bar, home theater and living area that extends the use of the home beyond what we could have imagined. I highly recommend LC Painting & Construction to anyone looking for any construction job.
